Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dutchess County

The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed for a quick overnight trip. Much more welcoming than a hotel! Cynthia was prompt with communication and we will definitely stay with her again in the future.

Nestled on a quiet road, you’ll find your little hobbit hole. This property is beautiful. Cozy and comforting. If you’re a fan of the LOTR, then I highly suggest staying here. It has everything you need and amazing attention to detail and the series. Your adventure awaits!

Traveled back to this area for several New Year’s celebrations. Extremely convenient to Buttermilk Falls Farms and nearby restaurants. Will stay here again in the future.

Sarah and Jonathan- We enjoyed a lovely weekend at The Beech House! The home was so cozy and in a beautiful setting. We looked forward to sipping our tea each morning while admiring the view of the snow-capped Catskill Mountains. Also - appreciated the mid-mod aesthetic and all the natural light pouring into the main level kitchen, lounge and dining spaces! And as Texans - it was a real treat to spend time in the snow 🥰. We will definitely look for more reasons to visit Millbrook and stay at The Beech House again. Thank you! Amy and Ray

I chose this lovely home to host a teacher training gathering for a few days after a conference in the area. It was a perfect size for our small group. The barn acted as a nice meeting space, and felt spacious with the big doors open! The home is tucked away on some beautiful land, with a waterfall and a pond in walking distance. Cool art all around and eclectic furniture. Would highly recommend!

The 5 of us, plus a little dog thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at this super spacious, clean, and well-stocked house. The house is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in the area!

Ann Marie was incredible, and so was the space! It was clean, freshly stocked with anything we could possibly need, and Ann Marie was incredibly attentive and communcative. She left absolutely no stone unturned and was available if we needed anything at all - she even came out while I was cleaning snow off of my car to give me a better brush to make that easier as well. I've stayed at a number of Bnb's in the last few years and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in the Hudson Valley/Beacon area, I cannot recommend staying here enough, you won't regret it. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

David & Trish provided a quiet and peaceful area to stay in over the weekend. They were very responsive and warm and made sure we had everything we needed. The coupon provided for the local winery was much appreciated and we made sure to check it out! If I am back in the area I would like to stay here again if it is available.

Great cozy little spot for a getaway in Beacon! Lots of great amenities, such as an espresso machine, steam shower, amazing tub. Felt very much like a spa getaway! Close enough to the main drag in Beacon to walk, but in a very quiet/serene neighborhood. Would love to come back!

This was a great stay, from beginning to end. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in such a great location right off Main Street, yet in a very peaceful and quiet area. Tim could not have been more helpful and accommodating, which was very much appreciated. Five stars all the way!

Henry & Jorge's place was just perfect. My wife & I loved the elevated deck. it was so relaxing hanging out while listening to music. We felt so free at their place. Never in a thousand years would a Hotel let you play music on their deck to hang out. Thank you guys for a memorable Valentines day at your cozy home away from home...

I had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Everything was clean, it had all the amenities you need for a short stay. Description and photos match the place. Michelle’s was attentive and responsive every time i reached out to her.

Lovely place to stay, clean and well equipped. Great to have milk and cereal provided for breakfast. I was visiting my son at Bard college and it was a good location for that. I hope to stay again another year, thank you
