Great place for a family stay! Will definitely keep this house on our vacation rotation to Jax Beach! Perfect for our group and the amenities in the garage were a nice touch for all ages! Literally had everything ! Thank you for a great stay

My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

Great house! We were so happy when we arrived, the house is so clean and the decoration is very beachy and cute. It was very comfortable for the two of us. It’s on a quiet street but close to the businesses on Third street. We slept great, everything was comfortable We definitely would come here again. If I could give more than five stars I would, it’s that great.

From the moment I booked, Abby was communicative and helpful. She provided clear instructions for check-in, and I appreciated the smooth arrival process. The property itself was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Beautiful place!

Very quiet and clean apartment complex. Grounds are kept well. Convenient location. Fast Wifi. The kitchen was nicely stocked with all cooking tools.

We enjoyed the stay at the condo, nice view of the ocean and sunrise. Very quiet. Plenty of restaurants. Free parking. Perfect little place for a couple.

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway to escape the cold. The Guest Cottage fit the bill in every way. Beach front, private, scenic, cozy, and warm accommodations. The condo was pristine and we all felt right at home. The beautiful sandy beach was an easy few steps from the unit. Lots of medium to small shells to be found. Will definitely be back!

Staley’s rental was perfect for our 2 couples. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Loved the balcony view of the ocean and the easy accessibility! Beds were super comfy and nice to have our own bathrooms. We used the Beach Buggy service to get to the restaurants. Thanks Staley!

What a beautiful condo. On the beach, lovely grounds, tastefully decorated in coastal style without going overboard. It was clean and well appointed. We would definitely rent again!

Place was perfect for us, exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway for the Donna Marathon...even walking distance to the start line! House was well equipped for us to make our pre-race pasta dinner the night before the race. The gorgeous ocean views weren't so bad either! Highly recommend!

This is hands down one of the best Air BNBs I have ever rented. Jacksonville Beach is actually my home town (I don’t live there anymore) so I knew my way around. But Rob & Nancy constantly made themselves available just in case we needed ANYTHING!!! The apartment was pristine and just so relaxing. We loved every minute and will definitely stay here again. This was an excellent trip. The location is outstanding, right next to the pool and just a 5 minute easy walk to the beach. The beach is uncrowded and perfect for kids. The condo is extremely nice, and the hosts were very helpful. Highly recommended!

Brookes place was so quiet, I don’t know if it was because it was down season or what but I never heard any neighbors in the building. The hotel next door however does blast the music until late at night especially on weekends. The place was homey and we felt pretty comfortable. It was a large enough space my parents and brother/sister in law stayed with us including our two young kids, and everyone had their own bathrooms. Was very nice to have access to beach stuff and a private washer/dryer in the unit. I voiced concern to Brooke after my senior mother mentioned she almost fell in the tub during a shower because it was slippery, and Brooke made sure to have two bath tub mats brought to the unit before the day was over. She was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked. And had everything we needed for basic everyday cooking. Looking forward to staying again.

Well it says a few words but hard to hold bragging on place. Off season but quiet beautiful had way more than just mini frig micro. So many extras!! Beach towels great chairs umbrella. Beach great nice pool etc. So with these words probably never get back in? Plus saw turtles! Funny! ron and diane.

This place was perfect for what I wanted to do and the location was marvelous. I will look to book this location again.

Lou was wonderful and was very communicative. There were a few things missing that likely had been misplaced by cleaners or (not sure), but he immediately responded and sent items within an hour (and I was totally fine either way, but he went above and beyond). The place was great- very comfortable couches and living area- perfect location to beach. Definitely recommend this host and their property- especially those that want walk to the beach. Also, surprisingly quiet:) Thanks for a great place and communication!

Beautiful, clean home with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. We traveled with family and kids and felt very safe. It is within walking distance to the beach and the central area where there are shops, restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Julia is a great host. We would stay there again. She communicates frequently and very respectful. Her home is very nice, spacious, quiet, and within minutes of shopping, food, and the beach. You will not disappointed - in fact, Julia is quite modest vis-a-vis how she describes her home. The home is "...better than she advertised...", to be sure. The environment is safe and a great place that is conducive to family.

Exactly as pictured - unit is very clean. Hosts were very proactive and accommodating. Short walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a wonderful stretch of beach for long walks. Close to many great restaurant choices. Centrally located to Nocatee and the beaches. Very peaceful. Guard gate access - secure location.

This house worked very well for our family vacation! We loved being a block away from the beach. The kitchen was one of the most user-friendly we've rented -- three cooks didn't have trouble working together. We brought some of our own equipment that we didn't expect a rental to have, but most of what we needed was there. The elevator was useful for moving in and out -- no need to climb stairs with luggage and supplies. When we discovered blown light bulbs and heard a running toilet, Andrew and Melody handled the issues immediately. The second level of this house, with its kitchen, family room, powder room, and deck, was perfect for entertaining. We comfortably hosted 12 for dinner. Parking for four cars really depends on what size vehicle you drive, but we only had two cars (a small truck and a large SUV) and both fit in the driveway. If you're looking for a beach location with many sleeping choices and helpful hosts, this is it!
