This apartment is located on the second floor, you must be able to walk up and down 1 flight of stairs.

Village Oasis 2 -the crossroads of VT

A friend once referred to our town as Mayberry. It's definitely a small town where people look out for each other. In the heart of the village, walking distance from local restaurants, brewery's, and shops as well as mountain bike trails. 5 mi from a beach where you can rent canoes/kayaks/paddle boards. Enjoy the slopes, hiking, Ben and Jerry's, local brewery's, or the Vt. landscape, settle in with a warm jacuzzi tub. At the end of the day cozy up on a king sized bed watching Netflix's.

The setting is gorgeous, the apartment is immaculate and charming. 15 minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen Ski Resorts, endless hiking trails, Mt. biking, kayaking, golfing, swimming, fishing and walking distance to Lawson's Finest Liquids Brewing Company. Our home sits in the heart of the historic Waterbury village. It is a Victorian, full of historical charm and warm light. There is off-street parking and a side porch in which to enjoy a cup of coffee. It is in easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, small shops, a grocery store, and pharmacy. We live right off of interstate 89, exit 10, the crossroads between Sugarbush Valley, Stowe, Montpelier, and Burlington. Outdoor entertainment is accessible in all these areas.

Lovely one-bedroom apartment

The apartment is centrally located - 5 minutes from Ben & Jerry's and Waterbury Village; 20 minutes from Stowe with great biking and hiking and 30 minutes from Burlington and Lake Champlain. Enjoy the spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere on your private deck. Although the apartment does not have air conditioning, it stays a cool 65 degrees on most days - you may even want to turn on the heat early on a summer morning! We require a minimum of a three-night stay.
