A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. Come stay in this cozy cottage featuring a full kitchen, Nespresso machine, and a wonderful yard for pets! The house offers a king bed in the upstairs main room, a queen bed downstairs, as well as a large couch. We are also happy to provide a blow up mattress, if needed. Fiber/TV for those looking to get some work done. The home is located in a great neighborhood in Austin - walking distance to South Congress, top restaurants, Zilker, Town Lake and a $10 (typically) Uber to anything downtown.

COAustin License # 2013 OL 000595 Located in the Zilker neighborhood of hip, south Austin...a great 3/2 classic 1950s home with all the amenities of modern life..Great location, near The Park and Barton Springs! Lots of food trailers to explore. Yes, we do love dogs but will add a pet fee if they are coming along! We love pets. We do charge a small pet fee depending on the size, number and duration of the stay.
