Holiday rentals with an EV charger in East County, San Diego

John is an awesome host! The place is exactly how it shows on the pictures! Extremely clean, fantastic views of the city from every room, including the areal view of Patco Park stadium. Unfortunately there were no games played during my stay but, it would have been a perfect spot to watch it. The view from the roof top is just breathtaking!! John's response time is right-away, his recommendations for the restaurants etc., were just perfect for me and my friends! When I go back to SD again, I will stay at this place for sure! You may want to book ahead of time because, it is a popular place and you don't want to miss it. Awesome job John, look forward to stay at your place again next time I am in town!

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

I had a wonderful stay! This airbnb is located in a beautiful but quiet neighborhood with street parking always available to find. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is close to popular parts of San Diego. Host responded quick to any questions I had. There is some active movement upstairs but noise didn’t necessarily bother my stay :) There was active landscaping in the unit next door if you are sensitive to noise but I had otherwise a good time. Lots of amenities available to use!

My stay here was great! It was very suitable for our needs and it was just as described. Instructions were very clear I would recommend booking here. The amenities were just as described and communication was great! The instructions were very clear and easy to find the lockbox/parking spot/room. We treated it like it was our home. The white noise and air purifier were a nice touch (I have allergies and trouble sleeping)

Ive rented from James many times in the past few months for work and its been great every time. Will continue to rent from him in the future.

Charles is a wonderful host!! We arrived exhausted after flying from the east to the west coast. Our brains were mush and Charles walked us through getting settled in a quick and gracious way. He is extremely helpful. The condo is near the convention center which made for an easy walk. The special touches that he includes in the condo are amazing. I would have no hesitation staying there again!

We had the best stay at Tony’s place! It was the perfect location for our adventures around San Diego; you can drive two minutes to the freeway and go wherever you want. The house itself was fantastic. The original hardwood floors are to die for and the layout was great. We stayed here with our dog, and she loved the fenced in yard. Tony was an awesome host. 10/10 would recommend.

Amir’s and his home was an absolute pleasure! We had such a pleasant and wonderful experience! Location, amazing! Plenty of public parking right in front of the home. Super clean and beautiful! Wow what a great space to celebrate our birthdays! Carolyn was extremely easy to reach and willing to help out with our early morning flight and being able to leave our bags and groceries. Super close to the beach and many many bars and restaurants! We will definitely stay in this wonderful place again!

Diana was a wonderful host. She went above and beyond for us. The house is beautiful. It was perfect for our group of 10 including 4 young kids. They have all the essential baby amenities like crib, high chair and gates. House was spacious and little ones had lots of room to run around walkable to the beach and local cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and looked even better in person than in the photos. It had everything I needed and more, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect—really close to everything I wanted to see in San Diego, which made exploring super convenient. The host was outstanding—super responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. They even mailed me a hat I accidentally left behind at no cost, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

Brenda's place was the perfect base camp for a beach getaway with a toddler. It's an easy two-block walk to the 25th Street Beach, and Brenda provides the essentials for beach lounging: wagon, cooler, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and even a surfboard. We also found a local brewery with great views and a solid beer and wine list (Viewpoint Brewery) that we could walk to via the San Dieguito river path (about a 10-15 min walk). Getting to the zoo and downtown San Diego was also an easy drive. The place is cozy and looks like the photos. It's part of a duplex, but we didn't hear the neighboring guests during our stay except when we were both hanging outside during the day. Brenda was super responsive and provided clear instructions.

Fantastic location and cute space! The house worked well for three couples and was a block from the beach. We had a great time and would stay here again!

A very cute little cottage at the base of Mission Hills. ‘Old school’ kitchen but perfect for our needs. The garden could be lovely but really needed a ‘tidy ‘ up to be able to use it at all. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom has been updated. Overall would definitely recommend, especially with its close proximity to ‘Old Town’ which is about 1 mile away uphill!

Incredible stay at Gabe’s home! I was visiting San Diego for a week with my dog and we felt right at home. Beautiful neighbourhood, clean condo and many small details that made us feel so comfortable and cozy. Gabe provided anything and everything we could ever need and also suggested some great local spots. The little outdoor balcony was our fave part. We will definitely be back to visit and highly recommend Gabe’s home in golden hill!

We stayed at Jennifer's place for a few days and couldn't recommend it enough. The place is centrally located and easily accessible by car. The home is super clean and nicely decorated. On top of that, Jen is super responsive and has a lot of valuable recommendations for the area.

I've been to a lot of AirBnBs all over the country. I can't think of a better one than this for what we were hoping for on the trip. The room felt like we were the first ones in it. Every appliance, fit and finish seemed brand new, high quality and in perfect shape. The location was perfect, a few steps from the ocean and the Carlsbad downtown. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time there!

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

Had a lovely romantic weekend here. It was peaceful and quiet and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook breakfast in the mornings. There were extra linens for the pullout sofa and the heater and air conditioner both worked great. Torrey Pines Stare beach was close by, as well as many lovely restaurants at La Jolla. The hosts were great at communicating instructions and there were amenities likes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. I’m a light sleeper and the space was very quiet. Overall very happy and would stay again.

Words cannot describe how great Fred’s place was. Comfortable furnishings, great facilities, the kitchen was plenty big and well stocked and that VIEW … stunning, just as described! Fred quickly responded when I had a question for him, everything was perfect! We will definitely rent this condo again! Thank you Fred and Happy Holidays!

We absolutely loved our stay! The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked and enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner vs going out. We had a small issue with the shower in the unit that was promptly cared for after reaching out on the app. Overall, an excellent location in a beautiful city. We are so grateful to have found this gem!!
