It’s a great experience which just like grandparents house. I believe that host spent a lot of time to decorate and keep everything running well. The best part is near the most popular tourism spot. You can spent great time every night and day. If you are the person who is wiling to find this spot in the historical alley. Sorry for typing English , wish everyone will have good time there for sure. If you want to live in, I will suggest driving might not be better because there are so crowded. The parking lot near also can help you saving some time.

The host was very kind, and I think it was worth choosing this place just for me.You can also respond in Japanese without any problems. I checked in late, but they greeted me warmly.They were also kind enough to share information about the surrounding area. I was with the kids, but they provided a bathtub, soap, and sweets for the children, which made my heart very warm. There is no kitchen in the room, so you can't cook, but there are many places to eat around, so I didn't have any trouble.It was quiet at night, and it was safe to go to a nearby convenience store in the middle of the night.

Lovely loft/town house within walking distance of lots of attractions and food

It may be that other guests did not follow the host's notice, it was still very noisy in the middle of the night, dragging chairs, opening and closing doors, maybe bad luck, the TV and follow the set box were all turned on as instructed, and the internet speed did not support the TV broadcast (the news was too late to continue to discuss with the host.

King and Kiki are great hosts and very personable and helpful. Their dog Jinjin was so cute and was sure to greet you every time you walked in. The Airbnb is about a 20 min walk from the train station but located near good restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and clean and they were nice enough to have the AC on for us when we arrived. King gave great recommendations on local food to eat in the area. Great value in this homestay, highly recommend.

Aki's place is a great find to stay in Tainan, with museums and parks just nearby, not to mention a huge Sunday night market (in general, food is never a problem). Aki was super responsive and offered hotel-grade services. We felt at home and could have stayed here longer!

Travelers who mind socks get dirty Bring your own indoor slurry to stay here Host did not provide ~ (was told before stay) The toilet is separated from the shower, but it's a small room. James’s place is near the campus area which is quiet in the night. For the household, it’s spacious. Good value for the stay!

The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the host is friendly, the bathroom in the room is very clean, the nearby function is also good👍

Fun and funky space that comfortably slept our group of three, we each had our own bedroom. Close to lots of places to eat.

Alex is a great host. The room is very quiet for sleeping. Alex is very warm and helpful. I booked a place at first, but it was not in a good location with few lightning. so I booked Alex's place at the same day. He cleaned the room very well with short notice. He also recommend next door's Chiropractor Mr. Wei who treated my shoulder pain. My trip in Tainan became so much better after I moved to Alex's place. Thanks

Overall it’s a nice stay! The place is very clean and tidy. Easy to access the perks in the city like the food area and some tourist places. The decoration of the place is superb, one of the nicest decoration I’ve ever stayed at Airbnb. However, due to the renovated old house, there’s no enclosed room for bedroom, which I didn’t pay attention to when I booked, so it’s a bit less privacy if you’re going with other people. The other downside was the street is actually quite noisy and especially there’s a festival outside of our street, so there are a lot of people walking past the building and curious with the style of the house. But all in all, it’s a great experience staying at this place and I’d highly recommend if you’re going with a family this would be a good stay (we found board games in one of the drawers too!)

Beautiful and tastefully decorated. Each room with ensuite bathroom and also an extra toilet on the ground floor. Perfect for our group of 8. We did not have to share baths and we had our private space to rest and could also gather in the living room and at the open kitchen island to chat and share snacks. Kids loved the tent on the top floor. Lots of towels provided. Host was incredibly responsive to questions before and during the visit. A quiet area. Walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. Good hot showers, good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. House was clean and we were allowed to check in early once the space was cleaned after the previous guests checked out. Kitchen is simple with 1 stove top. Cooking basics such as salt, pepper, oil not provided. It is not designed for full meal cooking. Overall, a lovely stay. Everyone enjoyed coming back to it after a long day out and about.
