Vacation for the soul in East Frisian farm

We live in a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And lots of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We are happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

Located between Gees forestry and the Mantingerveld, with an unobstructed view over farmlands. Our farm was completely newly built in 2015, we live in the back house and the front house is furnished as a vacation home. 5 private parking spaces, a spacious garden with terrace where you can sit. 1 ground floor bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the other 4 bedrooms on the first floor with shared bathroom.

Welcome! Bed &Breakfast 'Mekelermeer' is a nice stay for 2 persons included breakfast. ckeck in is after 14.00 h. check out is round 12.00 h. 2 nights is the minimum stay. The interior is very cosy. You have a marvellous vue over garden and fields. There is hardly any traffic. Only some farmer business. A perfect place to 'slow down' .
