In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment that contains a double bed for two people, but can be added to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another lounger. The apartment has a separate entrance. You are welcome to provide the entire property for your recreation. Your big and small four-legged favorites are also welcome! There is still a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space in summer on the lush pastures. A riding area is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby bakery in the village Supermarkets - neighboring towns Großheide and Hage (approx. 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (ca. 3 km) Reitverein/-stall - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (as well) Lütetsburg Palace - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx. 16 km) The connection with public transport is not very cheap, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

The "chicken coop" is a small guest house in an extensive garden with many old trees and can accommodate togetherness, but also four adults or a family. Everywhere in the garden there are shaded spots for the big ones to linger and covered secret corners and play facilities for the little ones covered. A swivel grill with fire bowl invites you to evening campfires on the terrace. The adjacent house is currently empty, so you have the garden all to yourself.

Even if this is explained differently on airbnb (unfortunately factually incorrect). Exclusive holiday home with terrace for your own use . The highlights of the apartment are the exclusive bathroom with its own sauna and the south terrace with great views and beach chair.

Welcome in our house by the sea! In 2019, we completely renovated these beautiful cottage. The rooms are bright, modern and cozy. The organic infrared heater meets the latest standard and makes everything cuddly warm during the cold season. Via the large panoramic window in the living area, you can see the dike and have a wide view over the field. Everything seems wonderfully slowing down.
