Waterfront Cottage with Covered Boat Slip

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Riverwalk 100 on Pine River

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Beautifully decorated townhome with gourmet kitchen. 2 Bedroom but can sleep 8. Right on the Pine river between Round Lake and Lake Michigan. Short walk into town for restaurants, shopping, concerts, marina, Beach. You are right in the middle of it all. Grounds include fish and boat houses, five boat docks, small sandy beach, lawn games, self powered water craft and powered rental boats. Community fire pits and firewood for sale. Excellent star gazing and occasional Northern Lights. Good fishing lake, tons of birds, deer, swans, beaver, otters, ducks, bears, etc.

The condo is on gorgeous East Grand Traverse Bay. The Suite was recently fully renovated. It is clean and comfortable for couples, families and friends. Close to restaurants, wineries, Horse Expo, golfing, putt putt, casino, downtown Traverse city and much more.
