This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

Jeanette place was extremely clean the bed was very comfortable as I struggle with my back and knees the hot tub was easy to use and Jeanette came every day to make sure it was clean and to put the chemicals in I would highly recommend to people and I will be definitely booking again in the future ❤️

Sykes Holiday at Nightingale was lovely. The flat itself was fully furnished with modern furniture, the kitchen had ample space & modern appliances making it easy to cook for 10 people. Bedroom and bathrooms were minimally decorated, leaving plenty of space for luggage and belongings when visiting. Towels and other amenities were provided (as mentioned in the listing). The pool was lovely and warm, with heated flooring, with plenty of space for activities. The hosts themselves were great at communicating check in / check out and any other important information, and friendly when speaking too. Overall, nightingale is a lovely flat space & definitely worth the money, with plenty of things to do close by ☺️

I stayed here with my partner and our families to celebrate my birthday, it was the perfect location and space to share time together. Ellie was incredibly helpful when we had a couple of queries. The house is beautiful and works perfectly for a larger family or group of friends to spend time together. The rooms were lovely with added bonus of a utility area, snooker room and the option of exclusive use of the pool on site, which is amazing, it is immaculately clean, has a TV, music system and a warm pool, we all loved this. It was a short drive into Malton, only 4 miles and easy to arrange taxi's if you want a drink. The grounds are beautiful for a walk. I would highly recommend a say here. Thank you for helping make this weekend special.

We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

Loved the comfort of the place as well as its accessibility to the City Centre.!! Everything within the house was in perfect condition, peaceful surrounding neighbourhood and the service from Lo and Hellen was always readily available. you can't go wrong with this pick!!!

Claire was very friendly and although we didn't need much help, she was always responsive. The place was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and all of the amenities worked just fine. The location is very nice, a short walk right into the center of York but secluded on a side street avoiding most of the noisy traffic. All in all, no complaints and definitely was a great time.

We had a great few days at Gaynor's house. It is just as described and there were lots of nice touches. Everything was really clear. It was also great to walk the 15 mins into the city centre. We will certainly stay again next time we come to York.

You won’t be disappointed with this place, the photos don’t do it justice ,it’s simply beautiful. It’s worth every penny and you feel so at home , the hosts are just lovely ,so welcoming and go above and beyond to accommodate guests needs . We loved it ,wish we was staying longer .

Had a wonderful 3 nights at Celeste’s beautiful home, the house was very clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Bus stop near to the house for easy access to York town centre and a nice pub just a 5 minute walk away. Will definitely return.

A lovely cozy house which made a great base for exploring York. Jim was a great host who provided recommendations and flexible check-in so that we could make the most of our first day. Excellent!

We had a lovely stay at this annex. We had pretty much everything we could need. The snacks and wine were a nice touch. The annex was clean and well-presented. It was a bit cold in the annex but there was a heater and an electric blanket in the bed.

second time staying here, was just how we remembered it and will definitely return in the future close to all amenities and some lovely places to walk our dog, lots of lovely dog friendly places to go with some fantastic beer gardens and plenty of different choices of food. in all a perfect place to spend a few nights for a chilled out weekend

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely lovely place in a lovely little seaside twin. Julie was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us, and our pampered pooch We'll definately be visiting again.

Everything we could have wanted , clean , comfortable and very close to town centre which is beautiful, lovely restaurants and shops , perfect as a simple get away or to visit family and friends , would not gedd sad irate to go back to this house

What a lovely place. So spacious and clean. It has all the amenities you could want. The kitchen is well stocked the beds were comfy and everything was straight forward and easy to use. The garden area was delightful. Overall would highly recommend !

Francis was such a lovely host. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything for our stay. The accommodation was very clean, had all the facilities and was ideally located for our stay. Francis left us clear instructions to check in/out and during our stay and his communication was great. Would highly recommend a stay at Francis's place and cannot thank you enough for our lovely stay!
