Waterfront holiday rentals in East Wittering Beach

Our host Beth was great, very proactive and extremely helpful. We stayed in the 'The coach house', which is a beautiful, serene retreat with breathtaking views. We highly recommend staying here If you are looking for a stunning, private and convenient base for your adventures on the Isle of Wight.

Kates apartment was a lovely space with plenty of room for the 4 of us. It was great to be able to throw the back doors open and see and hear the sea and wander down to the beach to admire the view across to the Isle of Wight and the ships coming and going. I even saw a cormorant. It was nice and quiet and even though near the beach walk still felt private. The flat was well equipped and the instructions very clear. We had a lovely weekend

This is a beautiful flat in a great location with stunning sea views. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of great places to eat a short walk away from the property and beautiful coastal walks.

A fantastic apartment right by the seafront. A great location for literally everything! The property looks just like the advert and it felt homely and comfortable. Both Soraya and Matthew were amazing hosts and very very responsive and kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a seafront bnb!

We had a wonderful stay at The Tides it lived up to everything it was portrayed to be. Melanie and Deborah were extremely helpful and everything was left in immaculate condition and extremely clean and tidy. Lovely apartment right by the seaside. A few steps and you're at the beach, and from there you can walk all the way to East Head (or take a 5 min drive to the West Wittering car park). Flat is great and well furnished, with everything we needed. Note that linen is an extra cost though! Karen is very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, fast responses and solved the one issue that came up quickly.

Had a great week's stay. Harry met me on arrival and showed me around the flat and quickly arranged for a not quite hot radiator to be looked at first thing the next morning. Apartment is well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could wish for, the living room is cosy and the bedroom very comfortable. Although just back from the seafront esplanade, it was very quiet whilst just a 10-15 minute walk to the town centre and a 5 minute walk from the Hover terminal.

This is the perfect place for families as children are so brilliantly catered for! They loved all the games and toys, and all sleeping together in the bunk bed room. This meant the adults could relax on the balcony and enjoy the splendid view! Maria was really responsive, a great host.

We were four couples wanting a restful weekend away by the sea and this property was absolutely ideal. The quality of the property was excellent and we all felt very much at home. The facilities were of very high quality and very clean and tidy. Access to the beach was perfect with lovely walks within easy reach. We would definitely return.

I'd like to say from start to finish Thi communicated really well, the house was lovely and everyone that stayed with us said the same in that it felt homely and had everything thing that we could ask for, a home away from home. It was right next to the canal in Chichester with very easy access to the main town with plenty of shops tk visit. We wouldn't hesitate in booking Thi's home again. Plus the treats were very welcome, especially for our niece who stayed with us.

Roxanne was so helpful in accommodating us for a last minute request and making sure we could check in early with our baby. We had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. It was well equipped with everything we needed, even toys for our little girl! The location was great being right next to the beach and the caravan site was very quiet. Roxanne was very responsive to any questions we had and all instructions were very clear. We were just gutted we only got to stay for one night, so will definitely be returning or trying one of the other caravans out ☺️ Thank you again Roxanne and for your lovely caravan! X

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

We have had a wonderful week end , the apartment was beautiful and the view amazing . There is everything you need within walking distance so no car needed . Just a perfect place to reset and relax . Booked again for May !!

We had such a wonderful time at Rob's place in Elmer. The beach is on your doorstep with the most beautiful blue water! There are plenty of places to eat and drink both within walking distance and a short drive. Rob was fantastic with communication and also with recommendations on places to visit - we highly recommend taking a beach walk to Felpham and stopping for lunch at the Lobster Pot or taking another beach walk in the opposite direction for a roast at the Black Horse! The place itself was comfortable and clean and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

super apartment with fabulous sea view. Great situation for Southsea and Portsmouth with everything in either walking distance or easy bus route. Great choice of restaurants nearby. The apartment very clean, well equipped and comfortable. We had a great time.

This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and Katie's lovely apartment was the perfect base for exploring the island. It is comfortable, homely and clean with a small private garden, off road parking and is only a short walk to the beach and local amenities. We visited as a couple but it would also be ideal for a young family. We would happily stay here again. Thanks Katie!

We stayed for 2 nights over the Easter holidays. Flat was in a great location to walk to beach, pier and local restaurants. Gunwharf Quays is only a short drive away. Accommodation itself was spacious with a balcony with a great view. Gary was friendly in his communication and very responsive. We would stay again.
