Holiday rentals with a patio in Eastern District

Good location, good local supermarkets and wet markets, easy transport, clean comfortable place for couple, great comfortable bed and bedding. A reasonable and fair pricing, a very responsive host. We had a comfortable and good stay.

Even much better than what we expected! The location of this flat is simply first-rate, and it is very convenient to get into Central by bus or on foot. The environment is very quiet, and we were able to sleep soundly at night, and even though it is not a high floor, we were not disturbed by the noise of the downtown. The rooms are quite spacious, and the layout is elegant, I highly recommend this flat it’s just perfect

This was a great spot I found in the middle of CNY where everything was a bit more expensive. I was previously staying at Dorsett in Kai Tak and wanted to get closer to the city for the rest of my stay. The host was responsive with any issues I had and gave clear instructions, there was also front desk / door staff to help with entry every time I was coming and going. There was someone on staff to help point out how to use the AC/heater + water heater as I’d never been to HK and this was unfamiliar to me. Overall 10/10 and would stay again, thanks Jojo!

The Airbnb I've just checked into has truly exceeded my expectations! I am immensely pleased with my experience here. To begin with, the host's warm and professional approach, including pre-check-in communication, ensured a seamless arrival process. The property's location is incredibly convenient, surrounded by an array of restaurants and shops, facilitating easy exploration of the area. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, and the charming decor created a cozy and tranquil ambiance. The provided amenities were extensive, ranging from kitchen essentials to bedding, fostering a homely atmosphere. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the balcony view; savoring my morning coffee there was a delightful experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this place for both short and long stays—it is truly an excellent choice. I eagerly anticipate my next visit!

Great place to stay. Close to the MTR, a short walk across the park to one of the best shopping place in Hong Kong (Causeway Bay), and great restaurants. The apartment appears to have been renovated recently. Although the building is very old, the interior is modern and comfortable. Has all the amenities for a short term stay. The bathroom was surprisingly nice with large counter space and comfortable size shower stall. The windows does a good job of blocking out the outside noise. Was able to sleep without too much outside noise. The main negatives are that there is no elevator and the shower water pressure is quite weak. But overall a very comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.

This is a gem of an apartment with a big balcony. Excellent location in Happy Valley HK. We’d love to stay again.

The flat was extremely clean and cozy, and the host was kind. Also the location couldn't be more convenient and safe. The one and only tiny problem was that you might feel a little cold in winter of HK, so packing stick-on hand warmers can be really helpful. Luckily there was a mini radiator I found very useful.

Jacques's apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is about a 10-minute walk from a metro station. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to stay in Hong Kong, it's just the right apartment and an alternative to the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to book the place and would stay there again myself if I am back in Hong Kong.

We had an extremely relaxing stay in Anoes’ home. It is a wonderful retreat. We took our meals and coffee on the porch listening to rain on the roof and watching banana trees flower in front of the sea. The house interior is spacious and clean and the AC works well. We also very much enjoyed the walk to town along the wooded pedestrian lath. Anoes was a wonderful host. We hope to return.

I spent three nights there. It is a lovely house with artistic decoration. Jessie is nice and helpful. There is a grocery store within 2 minutes walk. I will miss the lovely kittens.

Frank's place was a fantastic spot to explore Cheung Chau. We found it to be beautifully decorated, fitted with everything you could need, and hidden in the most peaceful area. The beach farther down Peak Road West was a great swimming spot and we really enjoyed the bbq outside. Worth the hike for sure!

Great location, doesn’t feel like Hong Kong. Very nice environment and the house was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and it’s well Stocked with everything you need for a home. There’s a wine fridge as well, and host has been very accommodating. A great getaway!

We loved our stay at Francesca’s place! The decor is beautiful and the location is perfect - close to the Lamma ferry pier but out of the way of the crowds. Francesca herself was responsive, friendly and understanding of our needs. We would love to stay here again! The outdoor patio is an added plus.

Our family had a memorable holiday at this wonderful house. The location is ideal, offering easy access to both Shenzhen and the bustling city center. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful, which I especially loved about the Airbnb. The host was thoughtful and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

Friendly hosts with quick responses.The house we rented had all the problems with the toilet, the host was proactive in knowing and helping us change other rooms in the same building.

It was good. There was some cigarette smoking. Just a heads up. If that’s a big red flag for you. Otherwise 5 stars. Recommended

Nice house with great appearance! We took lots of photos there. Owner does give clear guide how to enter the house even if we arrived at night.

Fanny is the best host I’ve had in years, she is exactly what Airbnb spirit is all about! She’s there for you, always (she lived upstairs) We had great chats and fun times. It almost feels like you are visiting a close relative/friend but at the same time with plenty of privacy to enjoy the island. The location is superb, place is quiet, clean, with everything you need. Couldn’t recommend enough xxx

Aman is a very nice man and the place quite good-easy to get and clean and cozy. His response was very timely and helpful. I was very impressed as he helped me with booking the squash court and prepared good flavor milk tea( I think everyone should have a try if got chances! Quite good one!!!) Thank you Aman for the warm reception, which made me feel as comfortable as staying with friend, also home away from home. And really enjoy the talk and sharing with you.
