Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy and medical center. Close to the house is the best beach in the area with free access to the jetty and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the associated courtyard. The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

Cozy, bright and classic holiday home with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun with a view to the beach and bathing bridge. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, undisturbed sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.
