NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70sqm attic apartment in the center of Rosenheim. In the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous central and railway station proximity (10 minutes walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state garden display area.

Fantastic family vacation at Walchsee/Kössen

Cosy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor with a view of Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the swimming lake! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, is ideal for skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding sports in summer, and is a 10-minute drive away. The free bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl holiday region, practically stops at the front door!

Quiet designer loft in Nussdorf in the middle of the forest

The design loft apartment consists of a spacious room with a large sofa bed (for permanent sleepers) as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a modern bathroom for private use. The house is quietly located in the middle of the forest on a clearing. Parking right outside the door. A place to relax and recharge. Bakeries and restaurants in the village are within walking distance of the sea. Bathing lakes (Chiemsee, etc.) bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door

Our very bright, idyllic and quiet apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and has direct access to your terrace part and the garden. The new apartment is rural modern and very well appointed. Frasdorf is located at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains, nestling in the rolling hills of the Voralpenland. Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Simssee. Central between Munich and Salzburg and far from the hustle and bustle and stress in every season.

Welcome to the apartment Kronbichler ! Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the Oberndorf district in Ebbs. The nearest bus stop as well as a very good Tyrolean tavern can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. Numerous hiking opportunities, beautiful nature lakes and cycling trails can be found in the immediate vicinity. The ski world "Wilder Kaiser" is only 20 km away. We have newly renovated a small but nice apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf, and furnished it pretty and practically for you. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The ski resort of St.Johann, Kitzbuhel is within easy reach. The separate entrance makes you completely independent. There is also a parking space and Wi-Fi. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4.Pers. there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen

The apartment is located in a single-family house on the edge of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian foothills. Because it is in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. It is only about 4 km to the nearest motorway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8).
