This place is a magical peaceful oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of the historic district. It’s THE MOST stunning home. Perfect for 3 couples or a family with kids. Andres is so easy to communicate with. Carmen and Maria were wonderful to work with and their food is absolutely INCREDIBLE. HIGHLY recommend having them make some meals for you. We never wanted to leave. We would have stayed forever if we could. We will be back as often as we can. We were spending a few days in the city after being the mountains and in h there islands adventuring in a busy itinerary and this place was exactly what we were looking for. We spent a friends birthday dinner here cooked by Carmen. They made it special by having a cake with candles for us! Our group spoke little Spanish (unfortunately) and the house staff speaks Spanish only but we were able to all make it work well with translation apps and all was well! If I could give them more stars I would! Highly highly recommended!

The photos don't do this beautiful place justice. The house is very beautiful, the forest is beautiful. Accommodations are ready to use, it is a great place to spend with family and friends cooking something delicious since they have gas stove, wood oven, and grill. On these February dates it is cold, so you have to bring warm clothes, but the fireplace or the jacuzzi heat very well. Communication was very efficient and fast. We hope to visit you again!

The house is directly on the beach and within a few blocks of beachfront restaurants. A short walk to small food stores and many tour companies. The House Agent is from the hotel across the street. She was very helpful with Everything including transportation. A young sealion did come on to the porch and take a nap on the floor next to my lounge chair. A travel note. The ferry from Santa Cruz can be a 2.5 hour long rough ride. The small plane flight from Isabela's nice airport to Baltra is well worth the $155/pp. I will defiantly recommend your home to everyone. It was one of the highlights of our visit.

Took Maria’s advice to hire a taxi from the airport. Bring a lot of cash and small bills for the taxi. $1 per person. Or take the bus- 50 cents per person. The house itself is clean. There’s no AC so it was quite hot and humid in February. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The water pressure in the showers was good. You have to let it run a while to get hot water but once you do, it’s great. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect in the hot afternoons. The yard has a zip line and treehouse. Bikes were provided but we didn’t use them. The house is less than 10 minutes from town by taxi. To get the taxi we walked a block on a dirt road to the main road and put our arm out. Even at 5:45am we were able to hail a cab within 5 minutes. The taxis are Toyota trucks! We really liked that we were out of the hustle and bustle of the town. The roosters are loud in the morning so if you’re not used to that, bring earplugs. Don’t leave food out or you’ll have ants.

This property is paradise! Everything we experienced surpassed our expectations and we didn’t want to leave. Wildlife- From the moment we arrived to the day we left, gorgeous wildlife was part of our daily experience. Turtles, cows, birds including watching an owl hunt at night near the back porch, we loved being able to observe animals in their natural habitat. Views - This property has stunning views of the highlands and ocean. The sunrise and sunset were incredible to view and the stars are so bright at night! Walking trails around the house allowed for some fun exploration where we saw coffee plants, lime trees, and guavas! Service - The host provided high class service, and we felt very taken care of. They coordinated all of our excursions including chef service at the home. The professionally cooked meals were incredible and used local ingredients. We can’t wait to stay again in the future!

A magical and romantic experience for any couple, or group small or large! We used the entire home for our family reunion and had an absolutely fabulous time playing in the pool, the jacuzzi, and the beach! The gorgeous ocean views and sea breeze were like a breath of fresh air to wake up to every morning. The stunning sunsets and lapping waves would lull us to sleep every night. The house was more than comfortable for our group of 17 guests, both within the bedrooms and out on the grounds. The home is meticulously kept and lawn as well as surrounding area very well manicured. The home provided us with everything we needed to live the beach life for a few days, including cooking pots and utensiles, beach towels, even a washer and dryer! There is a lovely local couple taking care of the home who were at our absolute beck and call if anything would need a kickstart or a fix. Safety - we felt utterly safe and comfortable in this neighborhood and in the home. We did not feel the need to lock up our possessions, although the more discerning traveler might choose to do so in the pin-operated safe provided. There is parking at the home if you're driving in. The local town of Monglaralto is right next door, and the famous Montañita is a short 5-minute drive away. We did not walk there, although we were told that it's a nice walk along the beach to Montañita. Also, Salinas and Puerto Lopez are close by. We took about a 1h15m trip to Salinas for a day at sea and we were quite happy with how close it felt to our headquarters. Overall, we would definitely recommend this comfortable and spacious home, and we look forward to visiting again soon!

This place is ideal for a family beach vacation. Claudia, our host, is very communicative and understanding while Mr. Eulises is friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and impeccable, and its beachside location creates a perfect experience. It's definitely a place I'd come back to without hesitation.
