Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Edgewood

This was a very nice little two bedroom. They paid a lot of attention to small details which was very noticeable from the mirror on the wall to help show where you could plug in chargers on the back of the desk to plenty of different types of coffee and teas. The kitchen Was stocked a lot better than many other airbnbs I've been to. It had a really nice front porch area with seating and a grill. there's places to put our suitcase and our clothes and they had really put a lot of time thought and effort into making this a sweet spot for a short vacation. I definitely look for this place for the next time I'm visiting Albuquerque!

Great place, great host, great location. Perfect for 4 couples + kids. We stayed in both sides of the duplex. Spacious and well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for all. Easiest check in I have ever expeienced with an airbnb. Host was friendly and responded within minutes.

Perfect place for our quick trip to Albuquerque, easy check in/out and very clean. The kids loved the video games and location was ideal for our weekend plans.

The location near the airport along with great restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within a seven minute walk and the spotless condition of the unit made this one of the nicest Airbnb rentals we have had.

We loved staying at this quaint and comfy apartment in the quirky and artsy town of Madrid! Surrounded by beautiful art with a phenomenal coffee shop just steps away. We were very comfortable during our stay and loved the historic nature of this lovely abode.

The house was clean and beautiful. We really appreciated the beautiful decorations in the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but nothing happened. We noticed almost every street sign had bullet holes in them which did make us feel a little uneasy. The only thing in the home that was a little frustrating was that there wasn’t enough toilet paper and there was no paper towels in the kitchen. In addition we did have our dogs with us and there is a section of the gate in the backyard that just slides open and one of our dogs was able to get through it. It was tough that we couldn’t have them outside.

I highly recommend this space for your next trip. The house was exactly as described, and surpassed the expectations of everyone in our group. Seriously, we could not have asked for a more ideal home for what we needed. We all agreed we would stay there again. And Makayla was great to work with. She was extremely kind and unbelievably helpful. I cannot recommend this house or this host enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we could need. The kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, tea, and other essentials, making us feel right at home. Host was fantastic—super responsive and attentive to our needs. They even went out of their way to drop off water bottles for us during our stay, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. This home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The stay was lovely for a night stay in ABQ. The house was modern and well equipped. The are felt slightly unsafe but the house was gated. I would stay again if passing by.

We absolutely loved the place. It was perfect for our family (7 all together). John was a great host and checked in on us throughout our stay! We felt right at home and had enough space to enjoy our evenings after the kiddos fell asleep up stairs! Hope to be back soon and will recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Albuquerque!

I just had an amazing stay at an Airbnb that I can't stop raving about! The host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was perfect. From the moment I booked, they reached out to provide helpful information about the area and even offered to adjust my check-in time to fit our needs. The space itself was fantastic—spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. Location-wise, it was ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions. The home was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly—clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. Kelly's communication was outstanding; incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond.

Suited our needs exactly. In town for only a few days for a funeral, but the location was perfect. Close to various places we needed to be. Very clean and comfortable. John communicated very well and sent detailed directions. Appreciated that we were able to bring our cat. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. Thanks, John!

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.

Very easy check-in, easy to find. Great location to old town, interstate, local cafes, airport. House was clean and comfortable. Good value compared to other listings in the area. Host was very responsive, would def stay again, thanks!
