Holiday rentals with a patio in Edisto River

My husband and I stayed at Daphne's place in Kiawah Island for a spring break getaway. It was exactly what we needed! This was our first time in Kiawah; we knew we wanted easy access to the beach, and Daphne's place certainly made that possible. The villa is just steps from the beach via a boardwalk. The beach was both private and peaceful. While spending time at the villa, we thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch as we sipped our morning coffee. Looking forward to coming back again in the future!

The apartment was very nice, very quiet complex, never even heard a neighbor or anything. the only noise was late at night on the weekend cars speeding or doing donuts in the parking lot right outside the window. Pool was very nice with chairs to tan. beds were very big and comfortable and sheets stayed cool which was nice. multiple restaurants and fast food writhing walking distance as well as a publix. overall a great stay and we will be back!

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Robert’s place was just as shown in pics. We enjoyed our stay there. He is very responsive and friendly.

Booked Angie’s place for my brother’s marine graduation which Parris island is about 15 away. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, private and Angie even has extra towels, a hair straightener- everything u could ever need!!. Will absolutely come back! There’s a restaurant called Panini’s on the waterfront 14 mins from the unit it’s absolutely stunning there & there’s tons of places to shop that’s so cute. From the unit to the attention in the items people will use to the location & being super responsive- everything was 10/10. Best place I’ve booked so far!!!

Super clean and as described in the pictures and info. Excellent and quick communication. Easy check in & out. On site gym was better than we were expecting and pool was great also! Location was perfect for us since we were visiting family close by; would absolutely book again!

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

Absolutely loved the house felt very homie was spacious and quiet around the house. Only downside is one bathroom between two bedrooms that doesn’t lock.

I felt like we were in the middle of Animal Kingdom. We loved watching all of the wildlife right from the porch. Great recreation space under the house with an additional shower. Main living area and kitchen are very open.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

This house served as a perfect place for my sisters and I to stay on our girls' trip. It's not too far from Charleston and very convenient to Summerville. The house was probably the cleanest we've every rented, and the backyard was a beautiful place to hang out. We had questions about how to operate the AC and Leslie was very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again.

Renee's house is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. I cannot put in enough words to describe how clean it was and how we felt right at home. The house has so much room and can had plenty of space for all of our group to relax and spread out. We love this place and the pool was amazing! In addition to having a beautiful house, Renee is extremely communicative and was helpful in answering any questions we had throughout the process. We will be booking this house again the next time we travel to Charleston.

We have used Airbnb for lodging up and down the East Coast. Steve and Dana were the most responsive and helpful during our stay of any host I’ve ever had. I would stay again simply because I believe they genuinely care. The condo was great and perfectly located for my family with four kids. Thanks for the incredulous getaway.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

We had a GREAT time at Todd and Tyler’s place. We were looking for a condo a bit away from the fray of the crowd–and we found it. Know that you will be a bit out of the way, with Beaufort and Port Royal the closer towns and a bit more drive to Charleston and Savannah. That aside, there was enough civilization but, more importantly, so much non-civilization where we stayed. About the condo. Super comfortable space, a few hundred steps from some of the most beautiful sunrises we have enjoyed, and minutes from beaches and Hunting Island, which we found most interesting Todd and Tyler stepped us though thing before, during, and after our stay–they are excellent communicators! They even kindly responded to a false alarm that we reported. That was what we had hoped for, and we’re grateful we got it! Thanks! Bill & Cheryl

Place was perfect for my sister and I. We were in town for a golf tournament. It was nice to come back to a cozy little spot on the water and relax! Thanks Sandra for letting us use it!

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.

We loved our stay here. It was nice to be in a quiet, peaceful area and home while still close to the city! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.
