Holiday rentals with a patio in Edisto River

Just what we wanted in Kiawah! The villa is a few steps from the beach. It’s furnished well and was a quiet retreat. We brought our two golden retrievers and the place was ideal for this. Daphne was a super responsive host, too. We liked our time there so much we decided to extend our stay another week. Thanks for sharing your beach home, Daphne.

Clean upstairs apartment in a safe neighborhood! For the price, it is relatively spacious and had all the necessities. The location was away from the heavy traffic in downtown Charleston but still felt close enough to the beach/downtown. We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the clear communication from Robert, the host.

My wife and I have stayed at a variety of Airbnb and VRBO properties throughout the United States. Susan's place truly stands out amongst them. It was bright, clean and well laid out. Although it's located in a rather old Charleston neighborhood it is very modern inside. Susan communicated often with us and was very willing to help us, if needed. However, her instructions were so accurate and thorough that we never needed help during our 4 day stay. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Charleston.

Booked Angie’s place for my brother’s marine graduation which Parris island is about 15 away. The unit is beautiful, spacious, clean, private and Angie even has extra towels, a hair straightener- everything u could ever need!!. Will absolutely come back! There’s a restaurant called Panini’s on the waterfront 14 mins from the unit it’s absolutely stunning there & there’s tons of places to shop that’s so cute. From the unit to the attention in the items people will use to the location & being super responsive- everything was 10/10. Best place I’ve booked so far!!!

This is a little sanctuary in a beautiful area of Kiawah Island. Comfortable bed, spa-like shower head, full kitchen with all the features, and a peaceful screened in sitting area.

very respectful upbeat personality and generally a great person. supplied all the main amenities. I flew across the United States to undergo a serious brain surgery procedure, she was available to all of my requests and replied back as soon as possible she also added a very sturdy ramp and railguard on the side of the three stairs going into the main house. her courtesy could not be matched and she is one of the best top notch airbnbs in this area. also to make my stay more comfortable and more at home she asked me what types of drinks and snacks and breakfast items that I would like upon arrival and fulfilled each request. I've never had this type of service at an Airbnb before and was blown away on the cleanliness and high standards of care that she has for the people that stay in her homes also she reached out to me to see if I'd like anything washed like the bathroom rugs and the kitchen towels. this Airbnb is only about 5 minutes away from CHS airport and is well located.

We had a great stay! So cozy and “Beaufort vibes”. I was able to walk to downtown within 15 minutes down Bay Street, and it is a safe, beautiful walk. Also very close to parris island. Appliances and fixtures are very modern and quality. Highly recommend.

My family and I stayed here to visit my father nearby. Weather kept us from enjoying much of the outside, but inside was spacious and beautiful. We will be back for sure!

The home was very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our needs.

Smaller home perfert for 1 or 2 couples. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced back yard. Location is outstanding. Great restaurants just a mile or 2 away. Grocery stores equally close. Downtown Charleston 10-15 drive. We will definitely stay again.

The home is in an older, well-established neighborhood that is safe enough that neighbors leave bikes unattended in yards overnight. There are saggy spots and chips in the kitchen floor, but it was spotlessly clean on arrival. The wood floors in the bedrooms, living room and hall look original and are beautiful. There is a lovely fenced yard. We'd have enjoyed sitting out there if it was warmer. It would also be a great place to turn a dog out to run and play. The kitchen is huge and well-equipped, with tons of cabinet and counter space, and everything needed to prepare a meal, including a good selection of basic spices and seasonings. Mattresses were comfortable; there were small dressers in each bedroom, so we didn't have to live out of suitcases. Note: The listing says cotton sheets; the ones on the king bed were 100% polyester--not bad in winter, but would be hot in summer. There were plenty of towels for our group. Washer and dryer access was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at Meghan's place. My friends and I were in town to celebrate a 50th Birthday. There were five of us and we were easily and comfortably accommodated. Meghan was very friendly, attentive, and responded quickly to our questions. I could not have wished for a better host. Thanks so much Meghan!

We have used Airbnb for lodging up and down the East Coast. Steve and Dana were the most responsive and helpful during our stay of any host I’ve ever had. I would stay again simply because I believe they genuinely care. The condo was great and perfectly located for my family with four kids. Thanks for the incredulous getaway.

very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor condo right on the golf course. Lots of wild life for your viewing, especially in the evenings. Kitchen is large and spacious if you've got a mind to cook. We'll definitely be back in the future.

**Amazing Stay with Incredible Hosts!** Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were amazing—communication was seamless, and their quick responses made everything even better. The place itself was perfect—so homey, comfortable, and well-kept. The community felt incredibly safe and was impeccably clean. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing getaway. An added bonus was the state park pass, which allowed us to explore an incredible park with some of the best shelling we’ve ever experienced. This was the perfect spot to unwind and reset. We highly recommend it! Additionally, the town of Beaufort was an absolute gem. The rich history, friendly locals, and charming atmosphere made it such a special place. I could honestly see myself moving there!

The Casa was everything and more. Amazing sunrises over the water both mornings - and the thermal cups + Keurig enhanced the experience. The environment is bucolic: River flowing through the marsh which is vintage Beaufort. The unit itself was spotless, with little touches and surprises that showed how much Sandra cared. Definitely a place to which I would return!

The condo was great for my family's vacation. The secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the main bedroom giving teens and parents privacy. The patio is well furnished and comfortable to hang out on in the mornings and evenings. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short walk or quick drive to golf and other amenities (if you buy the pass, but it's worth it). Overall, great stay.

My friend and I had a great stay! The home is exactly like it's pictured and easy to find. Michaela is very responsive and gave us everything we needed for our stay. The home is also a quick 20ish minute drive to downtown which worked out perfectly for us.
