Dogo Onsen, sightseeing at Matsuyama Castle, and the Tobe Zoo are about 40 to 50 minutes by car. A cute house completely renovated in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimoda Station. The kitchen, bath, and toilet have also been newly renovated, and the 8-mat Japanese-style bedroom has been renovated. The Western-style living and dining area is about 10 tatami mats.Large deck terrace with front yard. If you want to play in the neighborhood... you can enjoy Fukai town as a base for sea, sky, and land play. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 min walk. Futami Seaside Park (road station, beach) 3 min by car, 10 min walk. A 5-minute drive and a 27-minute walk to Tidal Fureai Park (a park with playground equipment, tennis courts, and soccer fields). There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. The house is Japanese wood building which has wide corridor, kitchen, living room and it was built in 1985. There is wood stove in Living room. The remarkable space of the house is Japanese style bath tub with wood wall. Only 1 group, a couple or family stay a night. So, you can stay here as your house. Relax here!
