The studio was exactly as described, it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to the city centre making it easy to explore the area. Jeannette was incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions. The check-in process was smooth, and I truly felt safe. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d love to come back in the future!

Ata's apartment is a wonderful place to stay. Attractively decorated, comfortable and even equipped with air conditioning (living room and 1 bedroom), which we were very happy with these hot days. Ata welcomed us in the apartment and explained various things, he took the effort to go to the parking garage to show us where we could store our bikes. The flat has everything you need, nice balcony that is lovely in the morning and around lunch time. When the weather is not as hot as it is now, it is good to spend the whole day. The beds are comfy, although the pillow are quite firm. There are a lot of items in the fridge, there is probably something you can use. Ata gives you plenty of towels, and shampoo and shower gel are provided. The supermarket (AH) is close by, up to 5 minutes on foot. Nice restaurants.... just cross the bridge and choose! It is a lovely place where you can explore from Maastricht. The city is within walking distance and if you have/rent a bike you can go anywhere. Well, if you have a car... you can go even more:)

Host is friendly and greet guest on arrival with detail instruction and recommendations. The place is like described, new and spacious . The location is steps from MECC, where is the conference held. It is also steps to a number of buses and train which can bring you to downtown Maastricht or other places easily. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Our stay in Maastricht was wonderful! Soli and Shahrooz are exceptional hosts who made us feel right at home. They are warm, thoughtful, and go above and beyond to ensure comfort. A highlight was the evening they hosted us for dinner and drinks—a truly special and memorable experience. The location is perfect, close to everything Maastricht has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to come back.

Had a very nice two week stay. Close to town, yet rural and private. Wonderful garden to sit outside and relax in. Well equipped kitchen and amenities. Great access to natural beauty of the south Limburg region. Great spot to enjoy cycling through rolling hills and quaint farming towns. Astrid communicated regularly to ensure I had everything I needed.

Would definitely recommend this place, it was a lovely experience overall!

We spent a night at Joyce's home over New Year's and really enjoyed it! Not only does she have an adorable cat, but the place also has a cozy, personal touch that reflects Joyce and her family usually live there. It felt very comfortable and welcoming. Joyce is a kind and communicative host who ensures everything runs smoothly. She was also very understanding when I accidentally damaged one of her plants, which I really appreciated. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but is super convenient for getting into the city – the bus stop is just a minute away, and it takes less than 10 minutes to reach the city center.

We were away for a weekend with 8 friends. It was a GREAT weekend in a super clean, tidy, lovely, detached house with an incredibly large garden! We were given a warm welcome with a delicious freshly baked cheese from the bakery. By car / uber you are within 15 to 10 minutes in Maastricht within a 4-minute drive in a beautiful hiking forest. Communication between Imke was smooth and very fast. All in all, a great weekend! Mega thank you Imke and Richard for opening your beautiful home!

We spent a weekend at Marco's cottage. Received neatly upon arrival. Cottage meets everything, big enough for 6 people and very neat and clean. Beautiful surroundings! Plenty to do.

We had a wonderful stay at Micha's. The peace and quiet in and around the house was a nice change from the hectic holidays. We took long walks in the Limburg hills and enjoyed the charming offerings of the house to completely relax. Micha is a kind and responsive host who addressed all our questions quickly and to our complete satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you Gerda and Martien for your welcome. We were staying in the Netherlands to visit the Christmas markets of Valkenburg, about fifteen minutes from Beek. We had a great stay: the place is peaceful, well located and we were extremely well received by our hosts, who were concerned about our well-being throughout our stay. We will be thinking about coming back in summer so we can enjoy this large terrace.

What a wonderful stay. Everything was fine and we really relaxed. Everything we needed was present and the owners were very friendly. They were responsive and if we needed anything we could ask. It is close to Valkenburg or Maastricht, but if you like peace and quiet more, this is perfect! I said to my friend: next year we will be back in the spring or late summer. To enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

It is beautiful apartment with comfortable beds, good kitchen, and spacious and comfortable sitting area. The apartment is only a short walk from the centre of Maastricht with its restaurants and cafes, and an even shorter walk to the grocery stores. We had a great stay. Thanks!

Ger and Margot were very kind helpful and made us feel like we are staying at our own home, i really recommend you stay at this beautiful tower apartment.

Ronald was friendly and quick to respond to my messages. Good communication. In addition, he handled the issues in the stay as soon as possible. Center of Geleen was about a 20-30 minute walk, which is doable. Just stay, if you consider that you are sharing an apartment with Ronald. Ronald kept in the background and that's how I had my own space.

We had an amazing time at ‘stoer’. Carmen is super friendly and helped us around. We were there during the Amstel gold race and Carmen helped us with where to best park our car. We were able to have an early check-in and we could store our bikes in the garage. She had some amazing recommendations for restaurants as well. The accommodation is fully equipped and has everything you need, including tea, some coffee cups and a very welcoming bottle of wine! The beds are truly AMAZING! I even made pictures of the pillows so I can buy them for at home.

We were well received by Sir , everything was perfect and as described:) we stayed to go to the Christmas steps of Maastricht and Valkenburg which are quickly accessible from the accommodation. The advantage is to be close to the city by being in a quiet and peaceful setting . The hosts are very responsive, pleasant:) superb I highly recommend
