Rooyen : Cozy chalet with enclosed garden

Chalet has 4 rooms: living room/kitchen: gas fire, combi-oven, Nespresso + cooking and eating utensils. From the seat in the living room, you can watch TV (including Netflix, log in to your own account). The sofa is quickly a double bed (1m40x2m). In bedroom, there is 2-person box-spring (1m60x2m). The bathroom has toilet, bathtub, sink and hairdryer. In the 4th room there is a foosball table. Due to Belgian legislation, house linen (sheets and towels) is not included (bring your own), pillows and down are provided.

Situated 3.5km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests, however 2 to 4 is more comfortable with the space available. You have access to your private Jacuzzi and our heated outdoor swimming pool (April - October) There are many mountain-bike and hiking trails in the area and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB to try these out. The forests are within walking distance , shops 3 km away, Uden and Nijmegen 20-30 minutes by car. Beautiful walking and cycling routes nearby. Breakfast possible for €12,50 pp per night. Bicycle rental possible at the cottage. Compensation stay with dog €20.00 ,to be paid on the spot.

The outdoor house is a very comfortable home, suitable for vacation or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back there is a terrace with sitting area and hot tub and beautiful view. The beds are made. Dogs are welcome, enclosed garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just off the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, walking and cycling paths nearby.

You'll know all about this house by reading the references! Back to the seventies in this kid-friendly holidayhome! You'll have a woodstove, floor heating, a record player and lots of games and toys. Look at the stars from your own terrace, light a bonfire, drink a glass of wine... ENJOY! The lake and forest is just a short walk away, and the area is great for hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing. Just check out the pictures :D. In summertime we rent the house per week.

This full 3 bedroom property (part of the house where we live ourselves) is located in the middle of a unique nature reserve, where forest, land dunes and fens alternate. From a beautiful light veranda you will see outdoor terrace, pastures with our horses and forest. Possibility to really interact with our horses and meet yourself (Reflections). Nearby, you can do wagon rides, go horseback riding, or you can also accommodate your own horses.

Our cottage has been pre-war, but completely refurbished to a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstede in the middle of living room, you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it's cozy because of the warm decor and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day, there are waves, sauna or hiking by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good wifi to work from too.
