Holiday rentals with beach access in El Medano Beach

David's Place is very spacious and accommodating for a number of guests. We had 4. The location is near a very busy road and we often had loud music in the evenings from a couple of restaurants. The complex is lovely, with a beautiful pool, although the sun exposure is morning to 1:00. Friendly and helpful security staff. Very close for walking to the beach; only a couple of blocks. Laura was very responsive to any of my questions and most helpful. A lovely lady!

Enrique was incredibly attentive from the moment I made my reservation. The place looks exactly like the photos, super clean, well-prepared, and ready to enjoy. The apartment’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to everything you might need. Being on the first floor made it very convenient, especially for carrying luggage. Personally, I loved the decor, and the space was perfect for a fantastic stay in Cabo San Lucas. Medano Beach is just a few minutes away, making it ideal for a morning walk! Everything was spotless, smelled amazing, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, and there was even a thoughtful touch of complimentary chocolates! The bathroom was sparkling clean, and every detail was carefully considered. I had an incredible experience and can’t wait to return this summer to this excellent place. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect experience for us. Easy to book, exactly as advertised, with all the amenities we wanted. Perfect location as we could walk to everything. The beach was close. The host was easy to communicate with and great with suggestions.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo for a week in February, and it was simply amazing. It’s large, well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing week. Gorgeous ocean views from the large balcony, saw whales breaching almost every day. But the real gem at Casa Del Mar is having access to the pool, jacuzzi and beach loungers at Zoetry, the 5 star hotel on site. Loveliest pool we have ever experienced, and even got to take part in some cooking classes from the hotel chef. Paty the property manager lives on site and was friendly and really responsive. This was a perfect place to stay to explore Los Cabos and we are already planning on going back next year.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Carolina’s property. It was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool was a win with my kids and it was never busy, we often had the entire space to ourselves. The walk to the beach was as described and very accessible. We walked the entire beach to the marina and with kids it only took about 45 minutes.. not bad at all as we were taking our time and letting them play in the waves. There are a couple of restaurants and ice cream places close to the building we walked to that were excellent, although, I wouldn’t spend too much time walking around the building as there was a lot of construction and hazards for my children. Not a huge negative, but something to note for families. The Uber ride to other areas was very reasonable and this is what we mostly opted to do. Carolina and her business partner were very responsive and helpful and we really appreciated the cleanliness of our unit. Would stay here again!

Terrasol in Cabo was beautiful and well maintained with walking paths and gorgeous flowers blooming every day. We had a view of the ocean and enjoyed watching the whales as they migrated. Our AirB&B was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Johnny Cabo and Julie were easy to communicate with and checked in all the time to see how we were doing. This location was great for lounging by the pool, grabbing breakfast and lunch at the Palapa bar or walking to the Marina for dinner and to see all the local sites. Definitely a place to keep coming back to. Thanks for a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Shona while settling into Los Cabos. Shona’s hospitality was beyond wonderful—she was so responsive and even offered great travel tips for exploring Baja. The house is in a charming, peaceful neighborhood, and the beach is just a short, easy walk away. The house was super clean, organized, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even the security at the gate were super friendly. We especially loved the stunning sunsets and the tranquil atmosphere. The location is perfect—close enough to downtown for a night out, but far enough for a relaxing retreat. Shona is truly the sweetest host, and we can’t thank her enough for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be recommending Casa Shona to family and friends visiting the area. We’re going to miss this place!

Wonderful stay! Dawn was super helpful and made sure everything was taken care of for our group. The place is gorgeous, plenty of room, clean, and well taken care of. I also highly recommend utilizing the services of chef Adrian… amazing huevos rancheros homemade in the kitchen for breakfast.

Our stay at Casa Coral was fantastic ! The location is excellent with a great view ... we saw whales everyday. The patio fire place was a great surprise ... loved sitting out there each evening. The duplex is well laid out and roomy. We really didn't want to leave. Thank you Alejandra !

This airbnb is truly the BEST! Stayed here with a group of 14, and everyone had a place to sleep and was comfortable. The house felt safe and secure, and was walking distance to the marina. Mayra was INCREDIBLE in helping us book excursions, set up transportation, grocery runs, etc.. I would stay here again in a heart beat! Thanks, Pablo, for a wonderful experience!

This is a wonderful house for a large family to spend Thanksgiving. There were only 4 of us, so we didn't even use the entire home! The pool area is amazing as is the firepit and gardens. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and essentials such as oils, bottled water, spices and sugar - tons of books and games too. We REALLY appreciated the welcome snacks. The beds were sooooo comfortable and we greatly appreciated the abundance of shower and pool towels. We spent a ton of time lounging on the lovely pool chairs. Our daughter worked remotely two days and the wifi was not a problem. The area is walkable, and the house itself is private, but San Jose is not exactly a quiet town - much quieter than Cabo though. This is not a ding on the host or her home AT ALL, which was a total oasis:) It's not beachfront, but only a 5-minute walk. It's very convenient to the supermarkets for shopping. Overall amazing place to stay!

We loved this unit 2101. It was spacious and convenient to have a bath in every bedroom. Beautifully built and decorated. Comfortable beds are very important to me the beds and linens were great! Thanks for having us!

Tana was a wonderful host. If you're going to Cabo San Lucas, I highly recommend staying at her place. It is perfect and she's the perfect host!

It was a beautiful condo, just like the photo. Large balcony overlooking the pool and golf course. Plenty of supplies, oil, spices etc. plus beach chairs, and coolers washer & dryer, Restaurants and bars within walking distance. We asked Eisaivador and the owner Tyler, the owner, about getting a bus from the airport, which we did. The instructions were easy to follow, and it cost $4 each, and that fare from the airport would take you all the way to Cabo San Lucas. We did a lot of walking to downtown San Jose del Cabo, and caught the bus to the local grocery store, La Coma, (which is where the bus from the airport dropped us off. From there you could walk about a mile to the condo, or hop on a different bus that dropped you right in front of the La Costa condo complex and then continued on to San Jose Del Cabo. A fantastic vacation. Maybe a ten minute walk to the beach. We loved everything about the vacation. We LOVED the guacamole chips and dip at Latino 8 bar & restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at Pam’s place. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach easily (5 minutes) and walk to breakfast each morning. We felt really safe and the apartment is perfectly set up for kids. Two twin beds and a pack n play. They also had two additional twin beds that could fold out. The patio was so peaceful, views were great and the house was fully equipped for whatever you needed. The security guards at the gate were very friendly, as well as the other staff on the property. The pool and hot tub were great additional amenities. Pam was incredibly responsive and had so many great recommendations. She has and entire list of recommended restaurants, car rentals, in home chefs, activities etc. Highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay again!

Nicoles place was perfect for our stay. We had 3 adults and 1 child and felt very comfortable. You can walk to two beach restaurants. Gronds are kept pristine. Security is very active / makes you feel safe. Very inexpensive ubers and short rides into town / local grocery stores. I had one small issue with the water heater while I was there and Nicole and her partner were incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Issue was resolved in less than an hour. I would love to stay here again and highly recmend it to anyone looking! Balcony from all rooms was perfect in the evening with great views.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Becky's wonderful condo in Cabo, and it was nothing short of spectacular. We were greeted by the stunning vista of the patio, and the condo was just steps away from the beach. The location couldn't be more perfect for a peaceful and scenic retreat. The condo boasted all the amenities we could wish for, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay. clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed to feel at home. What truly stood out was the tranquil beauty of the property—both the condo and the surrounding grounds were impeccably kept, providing a serene and picturesque environment. This condo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a peaceful escape with direct beach access and top-notch accommodations. We left feeling refreshed and are already looking forward to our next visit!

We absolutley loved the condo. It's beautifully decorated and right on the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that unfortunatley it is close to a bridge that the locals love to throw parties under during the weekends. The weekend we stayed was a holiday and each night, Fri, Sat, & Sun, they blasted music from 4- 12:00 AM. Because they were playing the music under the bridge, it created an echo up to the condo. It was so loud it sounded as though a Mexican rave was happening right outside of our door. Using ear plugs and white noise would not cancel out the loud music that reverberated throughout the condo. Our host said that this does happen from time to time and that security will usually run them out before too long, however that was not the case that weekend. I feel for the owners as this is something that is out of their control, however it did affect the peace of our stay.
