Beautiful White wash house set in a gated community with communal pool. Two bedrooms upstairs with family bathroom and sofa bed in lounge. AC in both bedrooms. Second bathroom with shower downstairs. 10-15 minute walk from the "Blue Flag" beach on a residential street. Large outside eating area on the ground floor and spacious first floor sun balcony off master bedroom with seating and awning. 10 minute walk to the famous Cabo Roig strip with many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.

Bienvenido/a a mi casa. Espero poderos tener pronto hospedados. Esta casa no es una casa al uso de Airbnb. Es un hogar. La casa tiene una decoración muy personal. Todas las piezas de decoración son recuerdos de mis viajes por el mundo, sobre todo de dos lugares que han significado mucho para mi. Africa y Mexico. La casa a pasado la certificación de limpieza de Covid-19 por la consejería de Murcia. Ideal para trabajar ya que dispone de un estudio con todas las comodidades de una oficina.

We are a renting a ROOM in house in a prime location. The room is for one person only. Walk to the beach it's only 7 minutes! In walking distance of the bus station 15 min, supermarket 5 min, promenade with many bars and restaurants. Full kitchen with microwave, fridge and freezer. Towels, soap, shampoo, etc. We have everything you need for a great day at the beach.
