Beachfront holiday rentals in El Sunzal

I stayed here with my husband and our two young kids. We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was very safe. The private beach was an easy walk from the house and the drive to El Tunco beach was short. Otto was friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and will recommend to others!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this villa. It was the perfect size for the three of us. We were able to enjoy the pool and keep cool, and also enjoy the AC in the rooms when it would get too hot outside. The host also had some great recommendations to do around town. The beach walkable 3 minutes away and it was easy to uber and get around town. The host was very friendly! We can’t wait to be back!

The house is beautiful, it matches the photos and the description. The deck in front of the beach was my favorite. Our experience was excellent we will definitely return.

Perfect place, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great pool, lots of space around, close to grocery stores and close to highway going to San Salvador about 40 minute drive. Close to other beaches to like El Zonte, El Tunco, etc.

We had a great time with friends at your residence. The outdoor space was a favorite for our group. The neighborhood is very nice and tranquil, ideal for relaxing. The proximity to the beach and amenities exceeded our expectations. It was easy to get to nearby neighborhoods for more entertainment. We'd come back if we had a chance!

This is a beautiful ranch! The house is in a very peaceful area right on the beach. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Both the beds and the bedding were new. The caretaker Omar and Susana were very attentive and friendly. This house was very spacious and has a beautiful kitchen along with an amazing pool. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful ranch!

Traveling from Guatemala, Erick a superhost. Atento and available to help during our stay. The house is quite big and clean, the photos don't do it justice for what we could enjoy. I will really come back to stay again when I returned to El Salvador. Rossy, very helpful and kind. A very quiet and clean beach. I recommend it with your eyes closed.

Peaceful, secluded, luxurious, calm! Our family got everything out of our stay that we were hoping to. Lissette was very responsive to email prior to our arrival. Using GPS and a bit of deductive reasoning enabled an easy arrival. Minor confusion upon check-in that was quickly resolved. The grounds are spectacular and are actually closer to the beach than the pictures indicated. The pool was wonderful for adults and kids alike! Rooms were spotless and very accommodating. Do note: there is one restaurant fairly close by, but really not much else at all, and no food delivery options we could find. Bringing food to prepare meals is all but a ‘must.’ (Not an issue since we came prepared to do so.) Also worth noting that the property is directly under the flight path for the airport, and planes can be heard landing throughout the day - very manageable, but unexpected.

We stay for an night and the place was beautiful. The room and the bathroom was clean. The people(the caretakers ) was nice, friendly, and kind. We got to enjoy private beach and pool. Amy the host was kind. She was helpful with our questions we had. We enjoy our stay!

Dinora’s place was great! The only thing better was her kindness and hospitality! We loved walking to the nearby restaurant and beach. It was also great to be able to enjoy the outdoor living area and her pool! Also, Isaiahs was always available to help us with the couple needs we had and was so kind as well. Even with our bad Spanish! I recommend you spending some time here and enjoying Atami for sure. I’m glad we did!

The house is beautiful and private and very safe . Great for family gatherings. The view is so beautiful. You have the beach right in front of you . The entire house has everything you need . The host was very responsive. If you are looking for calm and just enjoy the beauty of El Salvador this is the house for you

Beautiful place to stay! Great pool, gorgeous house, cozy, hammocks, friendly caretaker. A 1 minute walk to the beach. Location is good because you can reach sunset park with a short drive. We loved it!

We had a great time with my family. the Airbnb is in a quiet residential. At the beginning google maps can make you have a bad play. No signage how "Complejo San Blas" but ask for the address to Beatriz, the second that she sent if she sent us directly. The rooms were clean, air working perfectly. To move inside the residential on the beach you walk about 5 minutes. there are squares nearby which makes it convenient to order delivery if they don't feel like cooking.

John and Mirna are stellar hosts, who have crafted a wonderful home in Atami. They curated the space to fit our needs so well. We really enjoyed the proximity to arguably one of the best beaches in El Salvador. There caretaker “Chele” was one of the kindest humans we have ever met. He greeted us upon arrival and was available for any need that arose during our stay. A couple stand out features of the home were the air conditioning, washer and dryer, bbq grill, pool, lush green gardens and ample well water! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and behind the security wall protecting the property. There are great restaurants close by and this location is a central jumping off point for many adventurers. I highly recommend a stay with John and Mirna. P.s. 10 days wasn’t enough time for us, so plan accordingly the more the merrier.

Beautiful place to enjoy as a family, very nice and clean facilities José Maria, in charge of receiving us, was super friendly and he was attentive to our needs the whole time his attention was excellent!
