Holiday rentals with a patio in Elba

Accommodation matches the photos: very well equipped. Access to the village of Capoliveri is easy (even on foot) The very large pool made the children happy. The only downside could be the shower, relatively narrow. We had a great holiday and would recommend this listing.

Very difficult to summarize how nice it was to be Alberto's guests who from the first contacts have always been exquisitely kind, he waited for us upon arrival with thoughtful attention showing us his beautiful house that is much more beautiful than in the photos and the necessary information. The house at any time is full of light and exquisitely furnished spaces that the sea sometimes forgets... I didn't know Marciana Marina, but thanks to this wonderful week I'm sure I'll be back very soon. Thank you Alberto 🌹

We had a great stay. Due to the fact that the house is located in a complex, you can use the various facilities (swimming pools, private beach ...) on the other hand, you have less private because the cottages are all built close to each other. Beautiful surroundings for mountain biking and hiking.

Alessia's place is very well located in Portoferraio, a short walk to Ghiaie beach, the city center and the ferry. It matches the description, is comfortable and functional. The private terrace and garden are a plus. Alessia is very welcoming and caring. She is available if needed and has offered us croissants several times for breakfast. Recommended:)

We had a very enjoyable stay at Giacomo's place. We enjoyed the location very much. Slightly secluded yet not too far from Porto Azzuro. The communication with Giacomo was also very pleasant.

The apartment is just as beautiful as the pictures. The view of the sea is just wonderful, only a whale or a few dolphins didn't float by :-). The village is also very nice, within walking distance to bakery and shopping. Beach / harbor and promenade around the corner. Hiking opportunities directly from the front door. We felt very comfortable!

Perfect stay at Annet's. Close to beautiful Fetovaia beach. It was perfect for our stay with our 2 children.

We felt very comfortable in Federico's house.. a magnificent terrace with sea view, which we liked and often used... a few steps to three very nice and clean beaches ... everything was available in the kitchen... a very quiet place, which we appreciated very much.

Fantastic stay in a Michele's nest away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Michele was kind and helpful from the very first night until the very last moment of our stay. 100% would recommend

Very friendly hosts, they met us on a road and accomanied to their place. You can park your car right by the home in the gated area. They have gorgeous and modern home with 2 levels. All furniture, appliances and staff are new. Very comfortable beds and a sofa. You will have a big terrace where you can enjoy a dinner with fabulous sunset. I would highly recommend that place especially for families with kids.

The house I would like in my dreams, in a breathtaking location, where you can breathe love and dedication in every detail. Francesca and Antonio are very kind, discreet and full of attention to guests: Lavazza waffles for breakfast, homemade jam, oil, pasta, sugar, salt, the new bottle of shower and hand soap, the complete equipment of washing machine and dishwasher detergent, citronella candles, maps of the trails, many tips for a wonderful stay and the right call for boat rental. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything and more. A stay with indelible memories: the breakfast on the terrace, the soft lawn under the feet, the rocking and the outdoor living room for reading, the silence of the night, the splendor of the starry sky and the sea, the singing of the seagulls and the owl, the stunts of the swallows. Unforgettable.

We arrive as the first guests of the season. the torrential rains of Elba made the way to the house in the woods very "toasty" but with a tall average car and a little handle you can get there. on the place a few words, it is a corner of nature all to yourself. perfect home and minimalist but "cozy" design. It is not yet perfect (vegetable garden, firiiture, etc.) but the atmosphere is already pure magic! 2 days out of season beautiful. The island for us and the house in the woods exceeded expectations!!

Nice apartment with as plus points the loggia with sea view and a parking space in front of the door. Close to restaurants and beach, via a short route. Marciana Marina is a quiet and cozy village. Funny thing is that a well-known series is recorded at Barlume by the harbor.

Tastefully decorated. Lots of kitchen and dining area things that make lingering enjoyable. Magnificent view. Even nocturnal lanes around it. So rather not for silence fanatics. Long steep stairs to the apartment, but over the rooftops of the winding old town. Great apartment in the middle of the old town.

Accommodation in a great location, we only stayed in 5 one night before leaving for the GTE. We had a good time and recommend. The spaces are a little tight and for a longer stay I recommend Max 3-4 people

The apartment is beautiful. The construction substance is high quality. It is super clean, everything you need is available. The location is Génial, everything is within walking distance. Roberto made us aware of the ferry strike. He is very friendly and thoughtful. I would book again with Roberto in a heartbeat. Thanks for the great week
