Our stay with friends went divinely at Clémence's house. The house is truly beautiful and extremely clean. The kids loved the billiards, darts, the ping pong table, and the swing. Everything has been thought out for a great stay! And Clémence is very kind in the exchanges. In short, it's a great place and we'll be happy to go back.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. The bedding is of quality, and Florence puts special care in the welcome. The jams, eggs, and bread are very nice. The apartment is quiet despite the fact that it is located on an important artery, but the door frames are effective. Anyway, no complaints, I'd be happy to come back.

A stylish, bright, cheerful apartment in the middle of Duclair, with a good view of the River Seine. The apartment has lots of style with bright colours and furniture that is fun to look at but also comfortable. It makes you feel happy and cheerful just to be there. It's also well equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, lots of kitchen equipment, and good WiFi. The neighbours were quiet and although you can hear passing traffic and the nearby ferry they were never intrusive. There is no dedicated parking space, but there is lots of public parking close by and I never had any trouble finding a space within 100 metres of the apartment. I would be very happy to stay there again.

The space is pretty clean and secure. Excellent integrated parking! Responsive hosts, I recommend it 100%.

We had a wonderful stay in Sofia’s apartment! It was as described in the photos and the train station was an easy 10min walk. The buses and metro station were within a 5 minute walk. Churches, shops and restaurants all walkable! Sophia was wonderful, easy to reach and very responsive. I would highly recommend her rental.

Very nice place, a small haven of peace in the heart of Rouen, it's really cozy and super convenient if you want to do everything on foot. Be careful with light sleepers, the windows are not very thick, you can hear the street a lot. With a pair of quiescent balls it didn't bother me but that's to know. Huge more for breakfast offered!
