Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Elk County

great place to spend a weekend or few days with family, the river in the back definitely very nice.

The staya was peaceful and the location had more than enough room for everyone to sleep. Nice touch with the coffee for adults and snacks left for hungry children. Beautiful home.

We were in the area for a wedding at the Elk Viewing Center for my Niece. The weather was beautiful! The stars were amazing. We are from Tampa, and don't see a lot of stars due to the light interference there. The house was very modern and up to date with a well equipped kitchen with a full variety of utensils and electric appliances. The first night, we utilized WAZE for directions to the location and it took us up a dirt road from 555 to Winslow Hill Road. Don't take this route, especially with a car! It's Bumpy! Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend and return to this location, especially during the rut.

Our stay was great! Maryann's place was thoughtfully decorated to mimic a stay at a 1930's farmhouse. Super clean and easy check in. Although our stay was rainy the property looked like a wonderful place to spend time outside in better weather. We would certainly stay again.

The Bride/Bridesmaids stayed at the Sugar Hill Farm the night before a wedding and it was PERFECT! The location is beautiful in the fall. The house was so clean and every cabinet was labeled to make it easy to find anything we needed. We only wished we would’ve rented it a few days ahead to make our stay longer!

This is a cute little place close to the elk and not far from town. It's got plenty of room, a fireplace, and a nice covered back porch. It's quiet, and the elk do wander down once it gets cold. We would stay again. Hosts are also very friendly.

Glad I found this place. I have a very active 7yo son who always needs something to stimulate him, so the game room was perfect. The host was very responsive and made everything a breeze. The house was clean and had all the modern amenities you would want. I especially appreciated the window AC in the bedrooms. The checkout instructions were easy and covered what I would expect any renter to do anyway, no crazy excessive chore list. Okay, one gripe. It's on a relatively busy street, next to a retail store. So it's missing that quiet residential neighborhood ambiance. But the accommodations are great and the price is right, so I would certainly stay again!

10/10 for our quick weekend stay, perfect quant and secure spot for just you, a couples retreat or even your little family, we brought our 18 month in tow and had no worries, the house was spotless, simple and sweet and nothing she could hurt or hurt her always a plus for us! Ridgway is small itself but the location of this house was perfect we came into town for a baby shower and was within 10 minutes of anything needed! Ralph was an absolute pleasure and made us feel at home, 11/10 for him, and if you’re lucky enough you might even get a glimpse of old yeller out the bedroom window 🩷 🐕

Exactly as advertised. Very clean and well maintained. R. Marie was very quick to respond to our questions and with the heat management of the unit. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay and very close to downtown. Walking distance to everything in town. The space is bigger in person than in pictures

It was a Christmas miracle! Our heat died and pipes froze in Christmas Eve. We had nowhere to go with our dog and no hotels would take us. Robin took our last minute reservation and was very accommodating with check in. The place was clean, warm and cozy. My family of four(plus one dog) were very comfortable. The alpacas and goats were a huge hit. The farm is just a few miles from Emporium and not very far from Saint Marys. This was not a planned trip, but I can see where it would be incredibly restful and fun, especially in the warmer months. There's no TV if that matters to you.

We had an incredible stay at Fawn Lodge! Thomas was helpful and kind with all of our questions. The cabin was in a perfect location, just outside of Benezette- close enough to the sights, but far enough away from any crowds. We plan to stay here year after year!

Shannon's cabin was as described in the listing. It was rustic and secluded with very little traffic on the road. The yard was plenty big enough for our dogs to play off leash. You feel like you're off grid, but you have most all the comforts of home. It's less than 30 minutes to the Elk Country visitors center where we saw lots of Elk each night.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My only complaint is that it was too short. We look forward to returning again for a longer stay. The place was clean and comfortable. The owner could not have been more helpful and nice.

Perfect place to get away and relax with friends. 2nd year in a row me and my guys stayed here and nothing but quite. Deer and turkeys walk right past you.

Very pleased with the trip. Hosts were super friendly and communicated before the trip. The place is private and was well stocked. My wife, two dogs and I had a great time. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We have stayed here twice before and enjoyed all stays. Winter or summer. We will be back again. Brooke has always been responsive to our requests.

…and the “Greatest Airbnb of All Time” award goes to… Great place! Cleanest…so peaceful - babbling brook stream outside your door. Elk, bald eagles, mountains. Modern amenities…vaulted ceiling - warm temperature feel…clean rooms, top tier couch recliners, modern kitchen…even the garbage can out back is perfectly clean! We will be back … A+
