Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ellicott City

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Arlington. There is lots of space and it is in a safe location. I highly recommend this house!

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful neighborhood right near the water. The amenities were up-to-date. Just perfect for my family visit. Leida was very responsive to all questions.

One of the finest Airbnb’s we’ve stayed at! Beautiful decor and amenities in one of our new favorite communities. Kim was very responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations for food and entertainment. We loved the floor to ceiling windows on the first floor overlooking the Chesapeake. The primary had equally large windows with an expansive view plus a fireplace and very comfortable bedding. Overall, the weather didn’t cooperate, but we still had a nice, relaxing weekend in a beautifully equipped house in a great town on the bay. We’ll look to book in the warmer months soon.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Great spot for a DC bachelorette weekend. The entire home (especially the gorgeous library and master bath) elicited "oohs" and "ahhs" from every guest. I only wish we could've visited during warmer weather to make the most of the rooftop deck! Shane and Sean were super responsive and gracious hosts, even accommodating a last-minute request for early check-in after personally confirming that the house would be up to their standards before we arrived. It was clear throughout our stay that they really cared about the guest experience. The proximity to H Street was a plus for us. We enjoyed the food, performing arts scene, and streetcar without walking more than a couple of blocks. We felt safe at all times walking in groups and remaining aware of our surroundings. If you're not used to or dislike the sights, sounds, and smells of a city, this might not be the right location for you.

Wonderful stay! Adorable home in Old Town Alexandria-we stayed the week between Christmas and New Years-family if 5 with 2 teens and a preteen, and the house was PERFECT for our family. Great location to DC, without the traffic if DC to come back to every day.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

Loved staying at this place. Host went above and beyond to make us feel invited by leaving us some wine and Valentine's themed cupcakes. Loved the location because it was easy to get to and from the event we visited for. Would recommend for any trips in the National Harbor area.

The place is very nice, we really liked it. There is no dining table but the open living room and kitchen is roomy, with a comfortable area to watch Netflix. Beds were comfortable as well. The only things to be aware of are the stairs are rather steep - not a problem for us, but could be for someone with mobility issues - and there is some traffic noise easily heard in the bedrooms. But it was easy to find parking spots and great to walk right across the street for drinks and pizza, and down the street for good Thai food. Loved our get together at Dawn's!

It's a much better accommodation than what you see in the photos- I don't regret staying for a long time-

Great stay, very clean and pristine. Comfortable. Love the welcome note and package. Having coffee was a plus! The area was good, close to everything. Parking is decent. The entrance is in the back alley behind garage door. Just make sure you read all instructions for the check in. The hosts were great, we had a Lil mishap but it was easily fixed. I would stay again.

This is an awesome stay for anyone wanting time in the Capitol! Our family loves DC and this home was great for us as we enjoyed the weekend!

John’s place was the perfect size for my friends and I. The bed was big enough for two people and two good sized pullout couches in the living room and plenty of sheets and blankets. The kitchen was sized nicely with enough utensils and cookware. Loved the patio, even in the winter, but the bathroom is what really sold me and I love the touch with the led lights.

Hudson’s place exceeded our expectations. Quick two day trip to DC with family who’ve never been. Easy to find. On street parking pass. The apartment was well appointed. Everyone had their own space. Easy walk to delicious and diverse dining options. The walk to the metro was 10-15 minutes. Hudson was an excellent host. We plan on returning!

We will definitely be back. This was a great location to be able to walk everywhere. Terry was incredibly communicative during a snow storm and we felt safe within the property, both inside and outside. The overall accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

One of the most thoughtfully equipped AirBnB places we have visited - so many special touches, everything well organized and spotless. The location near the Capital is perfect. The neighborhood is full of friendly people walking their dogs.. wonderful!

This is the perfect spot for someone looking to stay in Frederick that is walking distance to everything downtown. The hot tub, and it being dog friendly was a huge blessing to our pack. We loved the nook upstairs too.

We really enjoyed our stay - nice neighborhood, just down the street from a park, very walkable to sites near the capitol and east end of the mall, and the kitchen was well equipped. There weren’t many restaurants close by, but that was the only drawback.

The property is really nice and everything was super clean. Super easy finding our way down into the condo. The common space and bedrooms were nicely decorated and we appreciated the coffee machine! 😊

This place was great!! The neighborhood is just the right amount of busy with plenty of shopping and restaurants…the apartment is fabulous! Super clean and prettily furnished. Mark was very responsive.. we will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area and I HIGHLY recommend it!!

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!
