This open floor plan loft is on the first floor of an 1897 Carriage House. 1k sf, 12' ceilings, exposed brick and other beautiful elements. Fully equipped new kitchen with MASSIVE island, new bathroom, beautiful modern furnishings and a dedicated work space. This was once the stables of the carriage house of Frank Enger. Mr. Enger’s family manufactured carriages in the 1800s. When Frank took over, he eventually began putting motors in the carriages and ultimately founded the Enger Motor Company.

Tranquil Hills: 1 Relax & entertain in Finneytown.

This house is clean, disinfected and exterminated after each guest. Its nice & spaciously cozy. Central air/heat. 3 bdrms, sleeps 6 to 8. Bdrms are set up based on the no. of guests booked. Each room sleeps 2 people. Lower level has a whimsical queen size circular bed that sleeps 2. And a washer & dryer. Pls don’t have guest sleep on upstairs couch. Pls use lower level bed. Lower level is not included but not prohibited. This home serves, all. Quiet area. Contact info & ID is required to book
