T2 apartment in recent and quiet condominium on the ground floor with west expo terrace, entrance, living room with an equipped kitchen, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, one bedroom with a bed of 160 on two mattresses of 90 and closet, walk-in shower, washing machine and separate toilet, free parking. Close to the body of water and Lac de Serre - Ponçon and also the Les Orres ski resort 13 km away. Sheet rental possible 10€ and towel €7 per person No more animals are allowed!

This fully renovated apartment near the Ponçon greenhouse lake which this year is full and the spray plan close to the ski resorts will charm you with its mix of modern and mountain style. a strict sanitary protocol is in place for the safety of guests. in 2023 the detentrice of the triathlon trophée d 'embrun man was hosted in the apartment which found it close to everything and very functional in 2024 spray is a stopover town of the Tour de France

Beautiful duplex apartment

Enjoy this spacious accommodation for families or groups of nature. Here , you can park for free with ease. The apartment has several spaces ideal for groups. You will have a magnificent view of the plains and forests. Southwest exposure you will have sun all day. Just a few minutes walk away you have a convenience store, restaurants, kindergarten. You will be 10 minutes by car from the first station (the seignus).

Lovely T3 in the heart of Barcelonnette

Enjoy accommodation in the heart of downtown Barcelonnette, close to all shops. Apartment located on the first floor of a village building. Ideal for a family or a couple. The apartment is close to ski resorts, 10min from Praloup, 15min from Sauze and 40min from Saint Anne. If you do not want to use the car a shuttle start is 200m from the apartment, serving all stations in the valley.
