Loved everything about our stay at this amazing house! Comfortable beds, awesome backyard with pool and hot tub, great location- walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, park and very close to lots of site seeing. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time - thank you for sharing your lovely house with us!

great location and amenities - we really appreciated the garage parking spot as it's in a popular beach area. Easy access to the beach boardwalk, and the house has a nice saltwater pool and spa with all the floaties and life jackets for the kids. We found everything we needed to have a fantastic spring break!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and accommodating. There were great features in the home including generous offerings of subscription services such as TV, music and video games. The host is also generous with pool and hot tub heating at our discretion and leisure up until quiet hours. The pool and hot tub and cabana were clean and made our stay very fun. Another great feature of this home is the overall vibe and vinyl records and whole house Sonos. The home is nicely equipped with lots of towels, full kitchen, games, and even a puzzle with all the pieces! The home is private. We were also able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again and plan to look at other options offered by this host.

We had a great stay over spring break! Our group was 5 adults & 4 children, but we never felt cramped! The neighborhood is charming and felt safe, even to this small town family. We walked into the Kensington main street area most days - for coffee (Starbucks), acai bowls & organic groceries (Stehly Farms Market), pizza, burgers (kids eat free on Tuesday!), and ice cream (you MUST try the Ube & Toffee flavor at Stella Jeans)! :) The kids loved the pool/ hot tub, although it was a shame the pool guy never checked in over our weeklong stay. With 4 children in the pool every day, the water was cloudy by the time we left. I blame myself for not letting Zeina and Mo know, as they were responsive for all my other queries. The casita was a blessing for grandma and grandpa, who needed their quiet time. The only real complaint I heard from our group was that the house smells stale (like the charming old house it is) and the laundry/pingpong area smells of mildew. Opening doors helped!

There are simply not enough stars to rate this exceptional home! This mid-century modern home was impeccable — interior design was gorgeous, exterior was serene and flowed with the open living. The pool was well maintained and every detail to make guests comfortable were taken. We loved our time there! I can’t thank you enough Lacee for making our trip truly wonderful. We hope to come back soon!

Stay was great, the kids loves the pool. They had lots of stuff we could use to tale to the beach which was great. Lots of supplies, I have rented places that were super stingy with everything, but this place had more of everything, including things we werent expecting, but needed.

Jesus was a great and attentive host. He answers all questions in a timely manner, and was clear in his directions. The house is beautiful- THE BACKYARD!!! My group couldn’t get enough time out there, most amazing view. Great amount of beds, smaller hosting spaces but still they provide plenty of seating!

This spot is so cozy and quiet. Very convenient for visiting SDSU and other local attractions. I also appreciated being able to park behind the gate in the driveway instead of street parking.

Randy’s place was fantastic. It was as described and depicted in photos. Randy was a great host. He was very accommodating and accessible. The place was comfortable and clean. The living space/kitchen/dining area was great for our group of 6 adults. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The location was amazing. One small block to the beach. The grocery store and coffee/bars are so close. We used the bikes, Prokadima and beach chairs. Such a great place for the price. Thank you Randy for sharing your place with us!

Marjorie and Dan’s home was vey nice, clean and bright. We felt very comfortable there. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

Jaime’s house exceeded our expectations. The location was stunning and the house was spacious and had everything we needed. We are a family of five, and it was nice to be able to spread out, relax and enjoy a space that felt like home. We did not have a car but found the location was fairly close to most San Diego attractions. It is a short walk down to Old Town which has lots of eateries and the transit station, where you can catch the trolley and buses. We used Uber too. Jaime provided lots of great ideas for places to go and was friendly, prompt and easy to communicate with.

Incredible place to stay while in beautiful PB. Great central location to everywhere you want to adventure in San Diego. We loved our stay at Evan’s place. Will definitely stay there again when visiting. Thanks Evan!

This home was beautiful! Plenty of space for the seven of us for our girls' trip. Helen was an excellent host. She was very responsive to any questions we had. The property was well-stocked with towels and linen, and had a washer and dryer in case you needed to do laundry. The backyard is beautiful. Extremely flexible check-in/check-out options. I would definitely stay again.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

The Airbnb was so charming, great, quiet neighborhood. We had a Muay Thai tournament 5 minutes away, it was a perfect location and everything we needed, food and stores were 5 minutes away.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

The host was incredibly responsive and quickly took care of any issues that arose, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The backyard was a highlight—serene, peaceful, and beautifully landscaped. The value for the price was definitely worth it, and we'd highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Erik's place was the ideal space for my husband, daughter and me for a quick weekend trip to San Diego. Loved that parking was included and that we could easily walk and get coffee and other meals just a few doors down from the rental. We were in town for a regatta at Crown Point Park, so this location was ideal as it was just a five minute walk to the park. The rental was clean and roomy!

Wish I knew before hand that people are living on property. Found out morning of check in. It was a bit weird in the morning and afternoon to have them right outside my window picking flowers. Kind of felt like I was being watched. Leah WAS FANTASTIC to work with. Very responsible and VERY KIND with a late Easter check out, which was incredibly helpful. Beautiful property, I wish we had more time to spend at property to really enjoy it. I would definitely stay again.
