We had the perfect stay. Everything was super easy to navigate as well as nice and clean. Would definitely recommend for an easy short stay.

We felt comfortable in the house. A little dusty here and there, but that was no problem for us. You had a beautiful view from the garden. The restaurants and stalls were within walking distance. The beaches in Erquy are beautiful. Communication with Xavier was very good. He always responded promptly.

Property is excellent and it is our second year in a year returning here. The house is spotless, very well furnished and has everything you could need for a stay. It’s very peaceful, large garden and a beautiful river view. Paul is very friendly and responsive by message and I look forward to staying again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marc's home, it's located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with very friendly neighbours. The upstairs of the house consists of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with walk-in shower) while the downstairs is a spacious open-plan area leading onto a huge decking area. There is also a useful downstairs WC which isn't shown in the listing. Everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you need, even tea and coffee is provided (you'll find the toaster in one of the cupboards). There is a full size fridge/freezer; washing machine in utility cupboard. There is an out-building which we found really useful to store our 3 bikes and bikerack. The dryer can be found here but we just used the clothes line in the garden. There was a nice welcome box with wine, biscuits, sweets & butter. Just down the road is a great chippy called Fishionados. All in all, Marc's place really is a 'home from home' - thoroughly recommended.

Victoria’s house was beautiful, and perfect for our 2 families (8 people in total!) The wood burner was a lovely addition in the cold evenings. Bedrooms were an ideal layout for us and having 3 bathrooms was great and extremely helpful. The kitchen was stunning with fully equipped cupboards with everything needed. Very detailed information on house rules and expectations. Victoria was a perfect host and was very responsive to any questions. I didn’t have any issues for her to resolve as the house was perfect. The location was great for us as all the outings we had planned were a car drive away, we did go on a walk that was detailed in the information folder that was in the house, it was a lovely 2hrs in the countryside and something we wouldn’t have known had Victoria not put it in there. The local pub which is as 1 min walk did a lovely meal and Sunday roast. I would highly recommend this property, and Victoria as a host was amazing.

Carl did an amazing job of creating a comfortable atmosphere, it even made the sun come out in Late Feb! Great Accommodations and finishing touches - will be staying again!

The house was great for a short stay for five of us. Andrea accommodated us at short notice and the house was in pristine condition. We enjoyed catching the buses into Brighton instead of stressful driving and parking. Beach walks nearby are just breath taking. The Lido serves an excellent breakfast

Really amazing stay! Had a beautiful view from the balcony and everything was very comfortable. The apartment is really close to all amenities which made it very easy to get around within 5-10 mins. Place was perfectly as described and very clean. Thanks Marc for the lovely stay

Apartment is perfectly located, only a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. It was spotless when we arrived and we enjoyed the welcome box of Maltesers…I hope they were for us! Great communication from Nicky. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Whitstable.

Hi Mark. Just wanted to say how lovelly your place was. Everything was detailed and explained precisely. Accomodation was spotless and modern. The views were exceptional from every room. The bathroom and furnishing was at a very good level. The welcome book detailing all health and safety was really good. The only downside was no extractor fan after cooking it left a lingering smell, but only a small downside on a wonderful stay.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. This one is perfectly located, right in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not enjoy the small balcony as we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We treasure this address because we will definitely be back. A big thank you!

Very well located accommodation in the town. The apartment is spacious and close to any business. Parking is a bit complicated to access but has the merit of existing.

Lovely flat, with excellent decor, spacious lounge and the addition of the courtyard space was a great bonus. Quiet location but very walkable to restaurants, pubs and amenities. Easy walk to Sandgate too.

Régis is a welcoming host. The accommodation is comfortable and very clean. The terrace has a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. The environment is quiet. Everything is great!

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Great stay at Seastay Ramsgate - great location right by the beach and close to local towns. The apartment was fab, very modern with lots of space, the balcony had great sea views. The beach was great and we spent lots of time on the beach with our paddle board and the beach was never too busy. Walks along the coastal paths were lovely as were the recommendations from the host of local restaurants.

Excellent value for money of this very convenient, well appointed, very bright, and carefully decorated accommodation. Basement parking is a real plus. 10’ walk from the center, easy to find with very clear instructions to arrive and in the apartment. Nathalie was responsive and very pleasant in our exchanges.

The apartment was fantastic! It was extremely well-equipped, having everything you need for a longer stay. The views were tremendous from the front window, overlooking the sea. Nigel was extremely proactive and responsive that made us feel right at home, including a guide to outline all the local area has to offer!
