Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6x2m double bed in bedroom, up to two more people can be accommodated in living room on the pull out sofa bed (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket and a bus stop with easy access to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.

On the edge of the Ruhr area, in Bergkamen is the House in a quiet neighboring street. Fields and meadows start behind the house. A bicycle path with connection begins directly at the house all extensive cycling trails. The sports boat center/ harbor is 15 minutes by bike. via cycling trail. In front of the house is a car parking space. The SFM is fully equipped and has a terrace, a sauna /surcharge, WiFi, kitchen, TV , Alexa, WIGA, piano, barbecue.

Manor by the lake - 2 storeys Loft - near cities

This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.
