Great Rosario Experience! The apartment has an excellent location, making it easy to access to several points of the city. Entry is fully automated, ensuring practicality and safety. The atmosphere is very well equipped, with emphasis on the great TVs, which provide an excellent entertainment experience. The kitchen is a strong point, offering a beautiful view of the Boulevard Oroño Avenue. For those who like to cook, the scenery is inspiring! My only suggestion would be to add more pots for omelettes and pans, which would make the culinary experience even better. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. Recommend!

Our experience was the best possible. Great accommodation. Federico, super kind and attentive. I recommend it. Strategic location, close to the terminal, close to Mercado Del Pátio. Nearly opposite the UNR Medicina. Great place. A little bustling avenue, but the apartment is beautiful. Spacious, clean. You can go with an open heart!

We really liked the accommodation, it is comfortable, it has a separate kitchen from the other environments and a comfortable room. The apartment is very well equipped and for the 4 people we were were very well. We'll be back in the next few opportunities!

I recommend staying in this property. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, very warm and comfortable. The location is excellent in a busy area of Rosario very close to the park and with several gastronomic proposals nearby. Yoana is very clear and warm in her communications and our stay was excellent.

Daniel is an excellent host: warm, gracious, and inviting. It was easy to communicate with him at all times needed during our trip for arrival and check-out. His apartment was as-pictured in a central location where we could walk to restaurants and local parks for our child. He did caring things like turned on the heater for us before our arrival, since it was quite cold, and this made a big difference. We have stayed in other apartments in Pergamino over the years and this was the most comfortable and centrally located.
