Very accessible host. The apartment has a beautiful decor. The neighborhood is a 10 Ideal to rest but close to commercial avenues.

Place as described, comfortable, very close to the thermal baths, very good service and willingness of the host, we would gladly return at another opportunity.

The view is extraordinary, with the monument and the river, waking up to a unique image of Rosario. Excellent location, central and convenient to different parts of the city. It is an apartment of an environment, but very well armed, with different areas, perfect for two people. Beautiful light, lovely balcony. Excellent building. Breakfast at the bar below for the best. Communication for arrival and departure, perfect, all very friendly and flexible. Impossible to do it! Thanks a lot

A great stay. Everything is new or like new. The AC was powerful which I really appreciated in the summer heat. The balcony is very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet. The layout is efficient with space for a breakfast table and a little work desk. All in all very nice.

Excellent everything!!! José contacted me to confirm the reservation and gave me details of everything. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable, we were 3 people and we were really very comfortable. Check in was after 3pm and there was no problem at all.
