Almost opposite UNR Medicine. Excellent location. The avenue is a little busy, but the apartment is beautiful. Spacious, clean. You can go with an open heart!

Everything is impeccable, the Depto is just like the photos, the area is super quiet and close to downtown. If we go back to Concordia, we already have our place! Julieta is super friendly and attentive. I recommend it.

The location is excellent in a busy area of Rosario very close to the park and with several gastronomic proposals nearby. Yoana is very clear and warm in her communications and our stay was excellent.

Daniel is an excellent host: warm, gracious, and inviting. It was easy to communicate with him at all times needed during our trip for arrival and check-out. His apartment was as-pictured in a central location where we could walk to restaurants and local parks for our child. He did caring things like turned on the heater for us before our arrival, since it was quite cold, and this made a big difference. We have stayed in other apartments in Pergamino over the years and this was the most comfortable and centrally located.

The Department of Caro exceeded my expectations: clean, comfortable and with an excellent location. Everything is well equipped and tastefully decorated making you feel like home away from home.
