Waterfront holiday rentals in Epirus

I have stayed in the same apartment before, which is why I preferred it again as long as I found it available. Central, comfortable for 1 to 2 people and generally what it says in its description applies.

Everything was great, a great place to relax, very nice owners. Away from the noise. Very warm water in the sea. Long access to deep water, about 50 meters of shallow sea with very warm water. Air conditioning additionally paid 3/euro per day.

Everything worked out pretty good since the first moment with the check in! the host Very friendly and he answered very quickly! A lovely 2 bedroom house right on Loggos waterfront. We were concernend that it might be noisy being next to a few bars, but it quietened down well before midnight. The samml 2 person balcony over looking the harbour is a lovely place to sit...& Giorgios is very welcoming and helpful - as well as having his office nearby and running a great taxi service!

Elena is a very nice person, with a great personality, very communicative and helpful. The house is great, with everything that you need for a good stay, also very clean. It is a beachfront house, you have to walk max. 50m to the beach. The beach is mixed, stone and sand, it is quite private and very clean. I would warmly recommend that house to everyone. Thank you again Elena!

Aleca's house is small but nice! Super clean and a great bathroom. The living room is the beautifully ingrown garden. And then just a few steps to the beach. Wonderful. We'll be back. Thanks to Dionisis for the great communication and always support.

ROMANTIC AND FUNCTIONAL IN A STRATEGIC LOCATION First of all, an amazing view! Priceless for those who live in the city. The house is well thought out, with spacious and rational spaces. Outside there are table and chairs for breakfast and a chaise lounge to enjoy the heartfelt sunsets. If shade is not enough, there is an adjustable curtain with a comfortable remote control. Entering you are welcomed by an airy living room with a modern and scrupulously equipped kitchen. The double sofa bed is a large number of guests and welcomes those who are used to being late watching TV. The bedroom is bright, elegantly and functionally furnished. The bed is very large (we also slept in 4 with the 2 children) and comfortable. The closet couldn't be more spacious. The bathroom is large and comfortable. The cleanliness is impeccable. Georgios' house is the perfect solution for those who want to explore the beautiful beaches of Sivota, all less than a 15-minute drive away. For the nearest one, 2 are enough.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment was very close to the sea, clean, comfortable and with a/c very important in summer season. The communication with the host is excellent. We highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very nice and helpful. Check-in was purely done in person so the host walks you through everything once you arrive. The room was comfortable and quiet other than when the other rooms come/go (but that would be similar anywhere). Close proximity to multiple restaurants and the area felt safe at night.

Such welcoming hosts (we met last year!). It is very rare that we go back to the same place twice but this place is exquisite, extremely clean, excellent kitchen equipment/appliances, beautiful manicured rear garden, pool and poolside furniture immaculate. Very quiet but short walk to bars/restaurants. Hard to beat and tempting for next year. This is a home from home experience with fantastic hosts Georgia and Bill We love you!!! 😍 😍😍
