Sunrise Beach Villa, Bouka, Lefkimmi Imagine strolling down the garden bath, thru the gate on to the quiet sandy beach and into the calm sea, or relax on the veranda & watch the sun rise, or stroll along the beach in the evening for cocktails or dinner at Ammos beach bar, or simply relax by the 10m pool in the garden. All these things you can do at our lovely seaside villa, near the traditional town of Lefkimmi. The villa has absolutely everything needed to make a perfect holiday!

Πανοραμική θέα από άκρη σε άκρη της Πόλης και του παραλιακού μετώπου, μπροστά ακριβώς από τη θάλασσα, στον 3° όροφο, δίπλα σε όλες τις επιλογές διασκέδασης, 100 μέτρα από την παραλία "Κυανή Ακτή" η οποία έχει βραβευτεί με μπλε σημαία, 20 λεπτά από Λευκάδα, 35 λεπτά από Πάργα. La casa è situata sulla costa est dell'isola, nella splendida baia di Kipiadi, a trenta metri dal mare cui si arriva con una discesa diretta. The cottage is part of a group of 4 houses. Ideale per coppie o famiglie, anche con figli piccoli, dispone di ampi spazi esterni; terrazze e salotti in pietra da cui godere un meraviglioso panorama e la sera ammirare le stelle. Il paesino più vicino è Loggos che, a circa 20 min a piedi, offre romantici ristoranti affacciati sul porto.

Summer house on the bay

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

The Old House

The house was built in the 18th Century during the Venetian occupation of the island. It has been the residence of the British Governor and the National Bank of Greece among other things. It was restored in 2014 as the waterfront vacation home of its owners and in 2018 with new sound proof Windows installed so it has everything you need for a great vacation.
