It's located in a nice, safe and family oriented neighborhood. It's completely above ground which brings lots of natural light inside. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full kitchen with a living space. It has a private entrance around the back of the home. Our street is a very quiet cul-de-sac. Utah Retreat- Close to SLC Airport

This Utah retreat is close to the airport (15 min) and Salt Lake City (25 min) , but also close to the mountains. There are lots of trails to go four wheeling or hiking on. We have a play ground outside and a big playground across the street. We are the owners of Worth A Shot Firearms Training Center (worthashotfirearms.com) Utah Motorsports Campus and Deseret Peak Complex are really close by. So we are central to all the fun, but we still consider ourselves a little farm town.

Cozy Country Suite is similar to a large motel room since the bed and seating are all in one room. Along with a coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave. It is attached to the main house although we do not share a common wall so it is very quiet. There is a private patio and entrance. 5 min to Tooele City, 7 min to Utah Motorsports Campus (UMC), 32 minutes to Salt Lake City, 25 to Airport. Parking is in front in the circle driveway making a short walk to the entrance.
