Holiday rentals in Erdington

Fabulous stay. I don’t know if the host is an interior designer but it has the look and feel of someone who has great taste. We had no problems or complaints only say good things to say about the accommodation and host. Hopefully we will be back in the future.

Lovely place to stay, very nice interior, everything what you need is there. Definitely will come back for relaxing weekend.

Hayley is the perfect host, accepted my request at short notice, very friendly and responsive. The Annex is very well equip has everything you need to make your stay very comfortable, decorated to a high standard, squeaky clean warm and cosy with lots of space....a real Gem! Lovely place to stay and perfect for our gathering. Khalid was quick to respond to the messages sent prior to the booking and was very helpful. The selection of treats left for us by the host went down a treat.

A very pleasant stay for a few nights, but could have certainly stayed longer. A very private and peaceful place to stay as a base for exploring the area. Very friendly host and comfortable accommodation. Thanks for a great visit.

The property was beautiful and exactly how Alexis described. It was very easy to check-in, and the neighbourhood was very peaceful.

Pristine newly renovated property, everything is show room perfect, everything works as it should. Finding it, checking in, parking, absolutely seemless. The games room is an utter delight, there’s a wifi extender so you’re covered throughout the entire property, lovely bathroom in there. Beds are comfy, everything’s clean, there’s a Sainsbury’s local 5 mins walk, 1 minutes drive away if you need it. Can’t overstate what a bargain this is.

We highly recommend this countryside retreat 🤩 We were greeted by our host Angela, such a lovely boss lady! The annexe is private and situated in a peaceful environment perfect for a getaway. Everything we needed was there. Host on hand if you needed. Beautifully set out and felt comfortable stayed for one night on this occasion and we will definitely be back.
