Beautiful house/loft with jacuzzi.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes drive from the airport and the train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc) by transport (free on weekends!!!). You will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and laziness) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Sheets and towels will be provided for light travel. Come!!!

Villamélie - Lovely cozy villa 4 ch swimming pool / spa

My large house of 200 m2 in a garden of 3000 m2 with heated swimming pool half-buried (from June to September) and spa (from October to May) will offer you a moment of tranquility while being at the gates of Nantes. Recently renovated, it is comfortable for 8 people. I also rent 2 independent studios attached to my house. The entrance through the gate is the same but the car parks are independent and there is no visual and noise nuisance. Private pool and hot tub for the house.

We rent our architect house classified 3*, located in the woods of the castle of La Pervenchère. This home, surrounded by trees and fields, offers a relaxing stay for families. We are a 5 minute drive from the free parking at the Sucé sur Erdre train station (20 minutes from the centre of Nantes). Close to the Erdre, we have direct access to many cycling and hiking trails (the canal from Nantes to Brest, the velodyssée) Minimum rental of 7 nights.

Very beautiful and large house, fully at your disposal, with two gardens and private lane with parking. Linens and towels included now. Cleaning included as well. Write to me for your stays outside of we and / or longer than two days, I can make discounted prices. Very spacious family home in a 5000m2 wooded park at the gates of Nantes. Renovated in 2020, it's comfortable, convenient, and warm. It is 5 minutes from all the amenities of the chapel on erdre. Groups have always enjoyed meeting up with family, friends, or for work.
