Farmstay holiday rentals in Erie Canal

We arrived to the cabin after 9 pm but the cabin was easy to find and access. Falling asleep to the sound of the rain on the tin roof and the river behind the cabin was very soothing - exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely cabin. We loved the privacy and nature sounds throughout the night.

We enjoyed our quiet stay. We did a hike that was recommended in the guidebook and visited the used book store that was also recommended, but otherwise stayed in. Couches and beds were comfortable and we found everything that we needed in the kitchen.

The house was beautiful and proximity to the brewery so much fun!

house is beautiful and worked great for our group of 11 (kids from small to big and 4 adults. The air mattresses and bunk beds worked well and the loft with ladder was big hit with the kids. We drove up in two electric cars so the outdoor outlets near the parking were a big help in getting some charge for driving around the area and getting back home. Fabio was super responsive to our questions and replied within minutes every time we asked anything which is extremely helpful in planning. We will definitely consider the house again for future trips.

Ed and Rick were thoughtful and caring hosts who paid attention to every detail. The yurt was magical. Building a campfire and walking with the goats felt purposeful and calming.. We found our experience to be relaxing and rejuvenating and renewing to the soul. "The earth does not belong to us; we belong to the earth". "Time spent amongst trees is never wasted time". "A walk in nature walks the soul back home".

Beautiful home and amazing property! The house is incredible, and we especially enjoyed the views, peace, and quiet. When we had a minor problem related to the extreme cold, Rebekah responded immediately and came over to fix it within the hour even though it was right before the holiday. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We definitely recommend and will be staying here again whenever we are in the area!

Simply beautiful, charming and cozy stay. The waterfall was amazing, it was frozen but I think that made it even more beautiful, its a short hike to the fall and in my 2-day stay I went about 5 times. Even cold plunged in the fall! The wood stove is so toasty and they have an abundance of wood to last all winter. The kitches has literally everything you can think of and you can tell a food lover lives here. There's even binders with tons of recipes that seems to be made throughout decades, super cool. Overall great stay and just what we needed. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay. It was our ideal retreat in the finger lakes region. Beautiful views, a great hot tub, nice sized house, beds were comfy, and it was convenient to Letchworth State Park. Would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about how much my husband and I enjoyed our stay! Lovely and comfy accommodations, super clean and all the amenities we needed. Don is so very nice! Took the time to tell us about his property and his animals, and his love for them is obvious. The alpacas are beyond adorable!! Made me smile 😃 We hope to be back next year when husband plays in a golf tournament - I’ll book as soon as I know the dates! Thank you, Don!!

This was our second stay and I would move in today. The house feels like a home. A combination of old character with all the modern amenities . The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are the same. The beds and linens were very comfortable and well coordinated. The downstairs is so cozy and relaxing including a great turn on fireplace. I would highly recommend staying and Jess and Cate were great to communicators!

This place is a gem! The description and photographs clearly show what you can expect. The space is warm, inviting, and just a short drive from town. We had everything we needed…and then some! Tiffany communicates well and is quick to respond. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was such a pleasant weekend getaway!

This was a perfect fit for our family of 5. Our 3 boys loved the big yard outside to play baseball in. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the beautiful farm animals graze. It was a peaceful and beautiful setting. We felt right at home both inside and outside the home. And it was close to all the sights we wanted to see in the surrounding Palmyra area. Would totally stay there again!

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. This unit was very clean and well suited with everything needed. While staying in a barn, it didn’t feel like one as it was very new and updated with a modern feel. The host Mike was very friendly and even showed us around his barn with the animals.

The house worked well for us, as a quiet sleeping, visiting and breakfast location while gathering with a large contingent of relatives in Weedsport. The house was cozy and warm when we arrived and provided a quiet environment for our immediate family to visit while gathered for the holidays. We appreciated that Crystal reached out to offer an early check in because it was Christmas Eve, and also her quick response when I realized that I had inadvertently left something there.

We had the best girls overnight! We loved how secluded and peaceful the house was. The surroundings were beautiful and we enjoy every minute. On the deck it felt as though you were at a retreat. The house was plenty big for the group of 6 we had and it was very clean and tidy. So thankful for all the amenities and how stocked the cabinets were with must haves. Our only complaint was that we wish we had planned 2-3 nights instead of 1. Would looooove to come back and make it a yearly stay. Thank you for sharing your amazing place 🙏

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Carriage House. Stephanie was a great host who very graciously allowed us to check in early due to an early flight. The Carriage House was cozy and we had plenty of space. The bed was comfortable and the shower, while a little tricky to figure out, had plenty of hot water. The location was perfect for our day trips to Niagara Falls, Syracuse, Salamanca, and Victor NY. We enjoyed watching the sheep and chickens on the property. The 11:00 check out time was also nice as most places we stay want you out by 9:00-10:00. We would definitely stay here again. If you stay here, be sure to eat at Stone’s Countryside Tavern. The prime rib dinner was amazing and so was the hot turkey sandwich.

Gasport is not an overly populated place so I was thrilled to find this 4 bedroom that allowed us to stay together for the weekend. Toni was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay. It was close to Niagara Falls and Rochester the other way. And family close by. Would rent again!!

Our stay at Dylan's place was perfect for our Wine and Cheese weekend. The house is beautiful and very well appointed, the surroundings peaceful and quiet and the whole house felt comfortable and cozy from the start. A lot of love and care has been put into this property for visitors to enjoy and it shows in every room. A ground hog (aka woodchuck) visited us, peeking in the sliding glass door and one morning we watched 4 deer in the yard. Rainy weather prevented us from using the fire pit but that area is very inviting as well. We recommend this property to others and will not hesitate to rent again if the opportunity presents itself.
