Holiday rentals with a patio in Erie County

The host was extremely welcoming and happy to share his home. I only stayed one night, but Erie would be a great place to spend a week, in which case Denny would make a great tour guide as well. Just let him know what you want to do or where you want to eat and he'll have plenty of recommendations.

This is my second time at Caroline's place and I loved it as much this time as last time. Caroline is a very gracious and responsive host. The house is spotless and is stocked very well. I highly recommend it! It is in a very quiet nice neighborhood and has a lovely back and front porch with beautiful view of neighbor's gardens from back porch.

I had a very nice stay at Dan’s place. The space was very clean and included all the essentials needed to cook and clean during my long term rental. It was also well decorated and made me feel at home during my stay. Dan was always very prompt with all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this rental!

Jeff’s place was pretty clean and comfortable. We were there on a work trip. Unfortunately one of our work trucks left marks on his lawn we had gotten stuck due to snow and that’s understandable. Had we seen it we would have fixed back the gravel but there was snow there. A stool was shaky and the stove vent was slightly twisted. I’m not sure how it led to us having to pay for those items we’re sure we didn’t do but we do apologize. We sent a sum that we believed would suffice for the cost instead of what he requested . We did enjoy our stay. Thank you for your kindness.

This stay was perfect for what we needed! Fit everyone comfortably and was provided with all the necessities for the stay. We were given amazing recommendations for food during our stay. I would love to come back in the warmer months there’s so many small things to do and everything is pretty much in walking distance. I actually have recommended this property to some family members to students at the college and would recommend to anyone visiting the area. It’s a great location and was a great price!

We are repeat customers for Jason and will be back next year. Jason allowed us to check in early and was extremely helpful with everything we needed. We even forgot something, and Jason went above and beyond to mail the item to me. Thank you, Jason! The location is ideal for steelhead fishing. It is right by the water and a close drive to others. The hot tub is a nice treat after fishing all day. Great kitchen to cook all meals to maximize fishing. Great stay! Thank you Jason! See you next year!

I stayed for 10 days and felt completely at home. This is by far the cleanest and most comfortable and updated airbnb I've stayed in. The January weather was cold and snowy but the fireplace was inviting when we stayed inside. The driveway was plowed and salted after each snow. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I highly recommend Dale's place and am thinking about coming back in the summer.

Any questions or concerns I had they addressed within minutes. place looked exactly like the photos. favorite part about it is that it's hidden from the hustle of the city but you're literally a couple minutes away from anything. she also gave me recommendations on places to check out with my kids. and their detailed instructions make it very clear on everything you will need to know to stay there. I'd stay there again.
