I was very happy with my stay. Jackson is a professional host. He responds to inquiries immediately, and when something broke, he had it repaired immediately. The accommodation is well located. Centrally located on the water, right on the promenade, with lots of shops and restaurants as well as the ferry terminal and metro nearby. The rooms are spacious and bright, everything worked perfectly and was clean. A little noise from the main road penetrates the apartment, but it dies down at night. I would come back here anytime. Good value for money.

Booked this for my parents and aunt. They loved the apartment. Excellent views, very responsive and responsible host. Loved the way they operate. Overall my family was very happy staying here enjoying the beautiful ocean view, kochi water metro, marine drive, fort cochin, lot of restaurants near by. My wife and I stayed at this place for a little over 2 weeks. The place matched the description in the photos that are posted. The place was very clean and modern. Modern appliances and nice bathroom with shower. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. The place had a washing machine, fridge, gas cooktop, 3 AC machines, 2 showers, iron (no iron board), microwave, water purifier. The owner does not live on property but the caretaker, Manoj, lives on property with his family. He is very nice and helpful. However, he does not speak English so I could not communicate with him. Thankfully, my wife speaks Malayalam and was able to speak with him. Other than that, I would recommend this place. It is a nice place to stay and very good experience overall.
