In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, a 1-room apartment is available, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be upgraded to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged favourites are also welcome! There is also a horse box available in the stable. Otherwise, there is plenty of space on the lush pastures in summer. There is also a riding area. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave. Nearby: Bakery in town Supermarkets - neighboring villages Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Neßmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) North City - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (approx.16 km) Access to public transport is not very convenient, which is why it is recommended to travel by car. Paradise with children & animals Contactless handover

You'll love the place because of the environment that balm is for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is invisible, fenced + "burglar-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is suitable for disabled people and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room + living room offers all space for a cozy exchange. My place is good for couples, families + children/babies, groups, several generations and furry friends (pets).

New apartment on the west beach

Hello, we are offering a new apartment near the beach for rent. It is brand new (built in 2017), 4 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the city. The apartment is separate from the house and very private. The apartment is small but nice. We look forward to seeing you!Suitable for 1 to 2 persons. With child, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable because it is a one-room apartment and is too small for cot etc!!! I'm sorry , but since I have kids of my own, I speak from experience

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

My accommodation - Apartment "Mina" - is close to the beach, family-friendly activities, bakers, restaurants, ferries to Norderney and Juist, surfing/kitesurfing school, Norddeich Mole train station. You'll love my place because of light, relaxation by the sea, coziness, location, sea view over the dike. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, and families with 1-2 kids. Covered beds and fresh towels await you - you don't have to bring anything but anticipation !

The apartment of about 155 sqm , is located on the ground floor of a 2 family house. The apartment offers a spacious living and dining area, 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds each. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, the third bedroom is in the basement. 1 bathroom with tub and shower and a 2nd separate toilet. The apartment has a beautiful covered terrace. In the living and dining area there are two cozy new sofas, each with sleeping function.

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa your holiday tyre, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the accommodation is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not a whole house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120sqm and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. Per day you pay four (plus baby) 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve.
