Best combo for peace & quiet and activities!

Lovely family place, open spaces overlooking the 18th century mill. Well equipped kitchen, a paradise for cooking! Sauna and access to small swimming area, rowing boat and 4 canoes (Canadian). Large deck, 2 barbecues. Small football field with 2 goals. Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 people. Wifi, two TV corners. The farmhouse is quiet and nestled in greenery. You will have your own garden to enjoy, of course a barbecue is also available. Here you can enjoy the forests, Båven and are close to all attractions in Sörmland. 7min walking distance to Lake Båven where you have a private jetty. Small motorboat is available to use for a fee, boat habit is required.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Beautiful holiday house with own boat near lake!

Only about 200 meters from lake Skundern, we find this cozy red cottage of approximately 40 sqm. It has a large sun terrace where you can enjoy life and then head down to the lake where a rowing boat can be used. The house is situated on a large plot with a private entrance and views over fields and meadows. The distance to Stockholm is around 110km and Nyköping about 50km (Skavsta Airport). So you are close to everything and have the opportunity for everything from recreation to explorations!

Exclusive cottage with high standard. Situated on a cozy farm with forest around the corner. Generously sized porch with roof that surrounds the cottage. Outdoor furniture´s and grill are available. Welcome to our guest house The cottage is located on our farm with the nature around the knot, in the middle of a historical environment, 8 minutes by car from the city center and with terrain tracks for hiking, running or MTB bike outside the door. The farm lives in addition to us, a dog and two cats. In summer there is a trampoline, games in the garden as well as a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
