Holiday rentals with a patio in Esperanza

We enjoyed a 4-week stay in the bright apartment with a beautiful terrace with great views of the sea and the countryside. The beds were comfortable, the clean bathroom was a bit small and the kitchen had everything necessary. The Internet was very fast. Every now and then there were power outages, but that's common in Puerto Rico. Daniela was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommended!

Wonderful stay in Esperanza at the Mi Pana Apartments. Location made it easy to get to all of the world class beaches on the south side of the island as well as being able to walk to all of the restaurants and bars in Esperanza. Easy parking and a large, clean space were the cherry on top. We hope to be back again sometime soon!

Joeanna’s place was absolutely wonderful. The outdoor seating area, shaded by a blooming ylang-ylang tree, was especially magical with its soft jasmine-like scent in the air. Joeanna and Hector were incredibly welcoming and shared fantastic recommendations for hidden private beaches and affordable local restaurants. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and full of character—decorated with Joeanna’s beautiful artwork, which added such a personal touch. They also thoughtfully provided extras like a snorkel set, cooler, and beach towels, which made our beach days even better. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Stunning views, huge pool and incredible personal touches. We loved our stay! Kesil provided perfectly detailed instructions, checkin was a breeze! When we first opened the door we were awestruck by the beautiful view and bottle of wine! The apartment was very clean and well kept. The bathrooms felt recently updated, and had everything you could need. They gave hotel vibes with complimentary makeup wipes, toothpaste, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment to make full meals. The refrigerator already had drinks and snacks to get you started. They were several pantry items as well. The bedrooms were also wonderful. Each room had a smart TV, large closet, and dresser. The master bedroom had a huge walk in, what luxury! Each room had large windows with ocean views and blackout curtains. There was a quaint little patio where I enjoyed the sunrise and coffee. Overall the property was exceptional and we will return.

Victoria’s place was one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartment’s location makes it easy to access the Vieques/Culebra ferries, El Yunque, and lots of nearby beaches. Victoria provided very detailed and clear check-in/out instructions. It was also nice to have the option to use the pool. And the roof deck was great for stargazing at night. We highly recommend a stay here!

Such a nice place and in a *very* convenient, walkable location: a short walk to/from the ferry terminal and a short walk in the other direction to the main street with restaurants, coffee, and breakfast cafes as well as secluded pocket beaches. Quiet neighborhood and clean, comfortable rooms. Would certainly recommend!

Vieques is a special place and this was a super place to stay. Loved having -- and using -- the beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment. Was a nice retreat while being close enough to walk to restaurants (and then walk back up the hill). Isabel Segundo is the more authentic town in Vieques, with a lovely historic plaza, and this place is in a real neighborhood. We talked to several neighbors in the week we were there. Joseph was always helpful the few times we needed to communicate. As others have indicated the steps into the place are steep. They are also somewhat uneven, with some higher steps toward the top. As a person who doesn't like steep places, I was nervous the first time or so going up or down, but I found the railings very well placed and I became increasingly comfortable with it. We also got used to the roosters, who are also on other warm islands we've visited before. And the place inside was very comfortable and nicely put together. Comfy bed, too!

Bob was a gracious and helpful host. He met us to check in and provided helpful local recommendations. The apartment was very clean and just a short walk to the happenings on Esperanza’s Malecon. We took advantage of the cooler, beach towels and beach chairs for our day at the beach.

Our group had a very nice stay here. The Airbnb is clean and organized with a beautiful view of Vieques and the ocean. The pool was a nice addition and was cleaned the first day we were there. Our group had a lot of questions and needs and the hosts were very communicative! I would note that the kitchen is not fully stocked for cooking, just the basics, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook a lot. I’m sure if you ask the hosts about what you need they can provide it. This place is really ideal for multiple families or groups that would like their individual privacy since there are multiple units within the property, so a little less connected than if you were in a big house with multiple bedrooms. Just depends on what you’re looking for!

We had such a lovely stay here and would highly recommend if you have the chance to visit Vieques! It was the perfect location for our stay to explore the island and super easy to walk to restaurants and beaches! Elsa and Joseph were amazing hosts!

Out of the dozen or so AirBNB’s I have stayed at over the years, this ranks as one of the best. The outside area was outstanding, with a million dollar view of the ocean and surrounding area. Host was very responsive. The house was a perfect set-up for our group, with a mother-in-law suite of sorts for the kids. Absolutely perfect stay, and would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved staying at Rosita’s place! We were a group of 7 so the space worked perfectly for us. The balcony was such a nice area to hang out in. A pretty quiet neighborhood with some yummy restaurants and close by to the Ceiba to Vieques/Culebra ferry, which was the intention of our stay. Not a whole lot to do in the area, but it’s a short drive to Fajardo or Luquillo. Instructions & communication from Rosita were always clear and prompt. She also had things like coolers that we were able to use during our stay. a 10/10 overall!

This home is perched on a mountain top. Enjoy beautiful views of Puerto Rico by day and listen to wonderful nature sounds by night. We loved our peaceful stay and found the host very friendly and responsive.

Mandy was an exceptional host. The place was truly a peaceful private retreat and in proximity to everything! I would suggest getting a rental to explore the island and definitely recommend “simple food” for breakfast/brunch.

My partner and I spent 5 days at Harry’s place and had a great time! Harry greeted us after check in to make sure we had settled in and gave us some great recommendations for food and activities in the area. The building is on the older side, but the interior of the apartment was updated and very clean. Plenty of room for 2 people. Bathroom is a little tight but functional. Kitchen is stocked with all the supplies (flatware, pots, pans, mugs, etc). Harry was also generous enough to stock the fridge with wine/beer/waters, which was unexpected but definitely appreciated. The gems of this apartment are the balcony, which looks exactly like the pictures, and the proximity to Playa Azul, as we were able to walk to the beach everyday but still have access to outdoor showers and the apartment. Close drive to El Yunque. Near supermarket/walgreens and a few restaurants (Panderri, Simple Food, pizzella) in Luquillo that you could drive/Uber or even walk to. Area felt safe. Would recommend!

Didnt disappoint. Sometimes you are unsure about what you are walking into, but the descriptions n quality were spot on. Feels like your are right at home and vacation all in one. Nice to have so many extras available when going to the beach, from chairs to umbrella to coolers n towels. Thanx again, my family will definitely use your home again

Beautiful clean place, close to restaurants and beaches. Pool was nice but make sure you enjoy in the morning because the sun sets at the front of the building. I loved that they provided beach chairs and coolers! Would stay here again for sure.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Kids and I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view from the apartment. Harold was very helpful at times of needs. Will be definitely coming back. 💕
