The best place in Madrid, the best location, close to everything. My wife is not a fan of AirBNBs and she was delighted with this one. Super clean, spacious, with everything you need. Thank you and when I return this will be the place to stay. Super happy.

Great place for staying with a large family or multiple couples with kids. The unit is huge and perfectly located for seeing Madrid. Only thing is the TV was hard to figure out and the unit stayed cold despite turning on the radiator heaters that were not on. Otherwise, very comfortable and amazing location for sightseeing.

We had a fantastic time in Madrid at Dalia's airbnb. The apartment was centrally located and we were able to walk to many different sights - Plaza Mayor, Retiro Park, the Royal Plaza, and many museums! The apartment was just like the photos! There was plenty space for all 6 guests to hang out and relax in the living and dining room. Communication with Dalia was excellent prior to arrival and during our stay! Would both recommend to others and stay again on a future visit!

Location, Location, Location! This property was absolutely perfect for my group. Spacious, well-equipped, and incredibly convenient. It had everything we needed, and the internet speed was excellent. The location couldn’t be better! It’s surrounded by shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and a variety of small businesses. Many major attractions are just a short walk away. Gran Vía, for example, is only a 15-minute stroll. If you’re driving, there are two parking garages just 2-3 minutes away on foot, where we parked our car every night. You can also temporarily park in front of the property to unload your luggage. No car? No problem! The subway (metro) entrance is directly across the street, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay. Thanks to this prime location, we visited so many places and had an amazing variety of dining options. I highly recommend this property and will definitely book it again!

Carlos' place was absolutely amazing! We traveled with our two toddlers and Carlos' place made our trip. The apartment is quiet and spacious, but when you step outside you are right by restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The playgrounds at Retiro park and Plaza de Orient were great and close by. Carlos was an excellent host and answered any questions we had. this is the only place I'd stay in Madrid :)

The apartment is beautiful and located in a quiet area and within walking distance of Gran Vía. Having a bathroom in each room is definitely a luxury when traveling with friends or other couples . We were very comfortable and the hosts were friendly and friendly . I would definitely go back.

We were a group of friends with kids and we were even better off than at home. Everything to go with children, the house is very equipped, clean and cared for. Ah! And the magdalenas riquisimas Beatriz!! Highly recommended

Spectacular house, very cozy. The super comfortable beds, excellent quality bath towels and the warm shower show that the host cares about the well-being of their guests, not to mention the heating system that made all the difference these cold days, we feel even warm! Kkkkkk The only detail we did not like was the fact that the house was the hostess's home, this is not clear in the listing. You have no place to store your clothes, as the lockers are closed with the hostess's belongings, every time you need to open the suitcase on top of the bed. There is also this problem in the kitchen. Taking out this detail, the house is perfect! We love it!

We were 4 couples with children and the stay was great. The houses are very well equipped (two living rooms and two kitchens are appreciated), the host is friendly and attentive, and the location is very good to explore the area or approach Gredos.

Wonderful stay in Manzanares el Real, house with views and an incredible area to relax and enjoy. The deal with Raquel, fantastic always attentive and friendly explained everything about the house in detail. We were a big group and still had room for everyone.

The house was fantastic , as seen in the photos, and the host Lidia was always attentive to us in case we needed anything. Wishing to repeat in summer so you can enjoy the pool, one pass! ;))

I took this house to celebrate my birthday and it was quite a hit. The house is perfect for large groups as it has many rooms and beds. And in summer you especially enjoy the pool. They also have foosball, snooker, darts and ping pong. Maybe for putting a but; A/C was missing downstairs. As we were in a week of heatwave the truth is that even at night it was still hot in the interiors on the ground floor. Otherwise the house is perfect and I recommend it!

A special mention to the hostess, who was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

The house is wonderful, well equipped and you are at ease and quiet. Segundo is a kind and very attentive person, who makes it easy for you to have a nice stay. Important, the road to get there is a tricky thing, and the house is going down a path with the car. Yes, menudas vista! I wish I had come prepared to do some routes. Things to point out to possible improvement: - The fireplace looks like it's in the living room, but it's downstairs in another area of the house that's not as comfortable as the main living room, so you're not going to use it for sure. - As for the bedrooms, there are two double and one with 3 small beds, 2+1 that is taken out, for 6/7 people. Then, there is a bass room, same area where the fireplace is, but it is separate from the others. In summer that room has to be great but now in winter with the cold, Segunda put some mattresses in a room near the kitchen since there were 8 of us, but that room is an apartment, it is not very comfortable.

The place exceeded my expectations in every way. It was impeccably clean, well decorated and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Juan Antonio and Josete were incredibly attentive, quickly answering any questions and providing helpful recommendations for the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and care-free experience. I hope to be back soon!
