We had a great Christmas with the family in this beautiful newly renovated and very well-equipped house. The accommodation complies with the description. The spaces allow you to enjoy time and activities together (we were 13 people, from 17 to 82 years old), while being able to relax at other times. Marc was available and responsive. We recommend!

Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

We spent 2 weeks at Josette's house this summer. Pool at 31, very quiet area. It feels good in Josette's house! We could come back without any hassle! Thanks for the stay!!

My stay was just amazing! The space is large, very comfortable and extremely well organized. We feel the care and attention of hosts in every detail, from impeccable cleanliness to amenities made available to make the experience even better. Very well equipped house, I had my two children (4 years old and my 10-month-old baby) all the equipment for children was available even games for children my son was delighted. The description is as advertised by Sophie. Cleanliness was de rigueur, nothing to say. Really nice house you can go for a second thought. Easy communication, Sophie is accommodating.

The proposed rental is ideal for two people. The location close to the city center allows access to shops, market, restaurants. We also liked the private parking space.

Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

We had a pleasant stay in Dominique's little house. The house is nicely decorated and perfectly equipped, which made our stay most comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful terrace, offering a peaceful view of a small pond with discreet lily pads and small frogs, which had the delicate attention to protect us from mosquitoes. The location is ideal, just an hour from the Poitevin marshes and the Mourat Vineyard, where we were able to enjoy great bike rides followed by wine tastings. Dominique was a lovely and very welcoming host, we immediately felt comfortable in his home. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay full of discoveries!
