The apartment is pleasantly large and comfortable. We stayed in Kettwig as a family with two children for a few days and felt very comfortable. The views from the windows and from the balcony reach to the green mountains. The kitchen is well equipped, also with spices, coffee and plenty of crockery and cutlery. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect place to stay in Gelsenkirchen – Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My stay in this apartment was just great. The place was exactly as described – everything was exactly as it was shown in the pictures. The apartment was spotless clean. The location is a big plus. Right in front of the building is a beautiful city park perfect for relaxing walks or morning sports. In addition, the apartment is excellently connected to public transport. Bus stops and train stations can be reached quickly, so you can easily get to downtown Gelsenkirchen or other destinations in the area. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if I had any questions. This hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall an excellent place to stay – clean, well located and with a great host. I would come back anytime!

A wonderful getaway on Lake Baldeney – Perfect for our honeymoon! Our stay at Vera's place was simply fantastic! Vera personally greeted us with a wedding gift. In addition, she had decorated the loft with petals and flowers, so lovingly❤️. The place is furnished with so much attention to detail that we couldn't get out of wonder. Especially the cozy fireplace made our honeymoon perfect – romantic evenings with crackling fire, exactly what we wanted. The location is unbeatable: quiet, idyllic and just a stone's throw from beautiful Lake Baldeney. Perfect for relaxing walks and unforgettable moments in nature. Vera is a great host – warm, attentive and always there for us without being intrusive. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! Thank you, dear Vera, for these unforgettable days! ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Veronik & Daniel's. The two are extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The place has a great charm, with lots of little touches that are paid attention to here! Right next to the property, there are also small pigs as well as ponies & horses. Our son was even allowed to attend the pony class and ride a pony. :) We would come back any time! Thank you 🙏🏼

Bettina has been a great host! I love staying at home and it was always very kind. The room, bathroom and kitchen were shiny at all times! I love the detail that I leave some amenities such as cream for curly hair, sunscreen and daily wipes in the bathroom that I could use at no cost. A great detail. I also love that in the room I leave instructions on what things we can do while we are in Düsseldorf, and the instructions on how to get to the airport and the central station. I give her a 100/10. I recommend this place at 1000 percent.

I was in Essen for a further education, bed was super comfortable, host very friendly and accommodating, everything was very clean and the accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, there a bus runs every few minutes, connection is accordingly also good.

We were only there one night to treat ourselves to a little break. The place was perfect for that, the place is just outside of the urban area. Communication was great, they responded very quickly. The key was handed over by key box and our host also introduced himself in person. We found this very likeable and would definitely come back! Everything was great

My husband was in Essen (E-World) with 3 colleagues for work. Everyone enjoyed the accommodation very much. Esme was very friendly and accommodating. She even picked up my husband (on the way to E:World) and drove to E:World by car. Dear Esme, Thank you again for that.
