From the balcony on the 6th floor, you have an indirect view of the Ruhrstausee, which is right at your doorstep (about a 5-minute walk). The apartment has 2 bedrooms (1x 2 single beds, 1x a large double bed), a large living room with pull-out couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is also a balcony with indirect views over the Ruhr and Kettwig. The living spaces are very bright and friendly.
