Large independent studio, air-conditioned , annexed to a villa in a quiet area opening onto a private garden not overlooked , with sunbeds and barbecue . 3km from the beach and the historic center of Montpellier, bright studio that can accommodate 2 people only (1 double bed 140x190) . This accommodation offers a perfect setting to relax. This studio is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Any additional development is not allowed .

The dovecote in the heart of the Coulobres vineyards

In the heart of the vineyards ,on the heights of the village of Coulobres, the former dovecote welcomes you quietly with its south facing exposure, at the sublime sunset. Very comfortable for 2 people , but the sofa bed can be suitable for 2 other people. Walk-in shower on one level. Since May 2019 , air conditioning in the bedroom and independent living room.

The pool temperature is guaranteed to be a minimum of 25 degrees between June 1 and September 15. Outside this period, however, access is still possible.
