Edith was a professional and very helpful host. Her apartment is on the harbour marina close to everything It is quirky and has very modern decoration. We had a great time walking to see some wonderful sights. We ate out a couple of times and food was very good and fine value. We visited the Aquarium and the Maritime Museum, both of which were interesting and informative. We took advantage of renting the apartment's underground parking space. This was an excellent decision as parking can be challenging. The boulangerie underneath the apartment sells great produce, especially breakfast pastries.

Very nice loft, very well appointed and equipped. We had a lovely stay, a little too short. The hosts were very available, and very responsive. Great! We would highly recommend it!

Isabelle is a responsive person. She has a lot of things to do and she won't be on your back. She also loves animals, which makes her a good person.

Parking space available with the property located in the inner courtyard of the building easy to access and secure. Comfortable, cozy apartment . You feel good at Aurélie's!!!

A big thank you to Evelyne and the extremely friendly person who welcomed us when we arrived! Listing is as described. Ideal for a family with children, the apartment offers many useful amenities. It is also extremely well located, close to many shops/restaurants and makes it very easy to reach downtown La Rochelle by car or boat.

We spent 4 days on Royan and appreciated the owners' recommendations. The accommodation is clean, very well equipped, ideally located, quiet, good bedding to recover and with the south facing terrace a real plus. Thanks to Marielle and Jean Claude for the little touches. We recommend and will return to great pleasure.

very good stay, clean accommodation and ideal location

Great weekend in this apartment which was consistent with the photos and very clean. Ideal location 5 minutes walk from the beach with a few shops around . Very good responsiveness of Claire and Sophie, who were also flexible for the departure which we enjoyed:)

Easy to access and ideally located to visit La Rochelle peacefully, everything is done on foot and it's pleasant. The accommodation is well equipped with dishes as well as linens and has a pleasant balcony in the morning for breakfast. The little plus is the pool, all together to have a good stay. Good communication with Philippe who is responsive. We enjoyed our stay in La Rochelle, and we'll be back soon.
