Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fa Ham

Me and the family stayed at her place for 11 days and we loved it. the firepit, the garden, the fish in the pond and the location is close to everything. We Highly and deeply recommend her place. The host sent the check-in guide a day in advance, the check-in was smooth, the response was timely, and the communication was smooth. The villa is very clean, the view is very good, the view of the second-floor balcony is also very good, it is not too comfortable to sit on the balcony and blow the breeze every evening to see the sunset! I came with the whole family this time, and the family loved it.It's also easy to hail a taxi, ordering takeaway, and will come back next summer!

For me, it was the perfect place to stay. I stayed there for a total of three weeks, explored Chiang Mai and made some short trips. It is an old house, accordingly of course not everything is as in Europe, but everything you need is available and works. (kettle, etc) For me personally, it was also romantic to live in such an original building. The balcony is fantastic. The cafe under the property is excellent and mainly serves juices and breakfast. The staff in the cafe also manages the accommodation and makes it very familiar and loving. If there were any questions, I could always count on their advice or help.

Mu husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a walking distance to a lot of restaurants, Night markets etc. We had a great time in Old Town. Supunnee was very responsive and there for everything we needed. Our high recommendations.

Great thanks to 老徐 for his hospitality. He was very responsive in the first steps; for example, after check-in, he picked me up to rent a bike. The place was very good—clean and calm—perfect for a family vacation. The location was convenient, just 15 minutes from beautiful mountain spots and the city center. A great combination of city and nature. You would love it.

Couldn’t recommend this place more! One of my best stays ever. A bit outside the city, so be prepared to use Grab, but absolutely worth it!

The place is nice and quiet.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

IIt has everything you need and Sarocha is so responsive! The condo is very convenient for workcation and it has 3 pools and big common area. Walking to the mall was so easy! Only 15 mins to old city. I will definitely come back!

The reason I chose Chiang Mai for a month was because it was close to ABS for children and had a shuttle bus. I thought about other condos around me, but I liked the pool more, so I chose The One Condominium. In January, Chiang Mai was cool in the morning and evening like the early fall in Korea, so I didn't enjoy swimming as much as I thought, but the main swimming pool at The One Condominium was sunny during the day, so I was able to swim consistently during the day. The team's place we stayed was very satisfying. I was thinking a lot about whether I should bring household items because I was living for a month, but the team's accommodation had everything. Bottled water and toilet paper (generous amount. If you can't find it, open all the drawers ~), towels, big towels (I swam and used them well), dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, cooking oil, salt, toilet slippers, rice cooker, and an important vacuum cleaner ~! , I contacted you and they also prepared a steam iron.♡ There were also people in our group who stayed in another host's room, and it was so different. Our accommodation was also tefal products with frying pans and pots. The team's place is the best ^ ^ And I wanted to wash the bedding once in the middle, so I asked if there was a frequent coin laundry room, but he told me not to worry and came to the room right away and carefully replaced it with new bedding. Thank you so much♡ On the last day, our flight was late at night, so I asked just in case, and they delayed the check-in until the next day. Thanks to you, I was able to finish my trip comfortably with my kids.♡♡ Living for a month is more like life than a trip, so I think there would have been a lot of very uncomfortable situations if we had stayed somewhere other than the team's accommodation. If anyone is planning to live in Chiang Mai, I recommend Tim's place ^ ^

Lovely place to chill and clear your head space

Phimhaka is a great host! I can only recommend this place! It was a huge relief to arrive in the silence after two weeks of busy city’s in Thailand. The house has all the comfort you want and it’s a place where you can really relax. Maybe the only discomfort we had was getting there. We’ve rented a car to get there. It was an adventure to start driving left, and getting used with the Thai driving style (with the deepest respect for Thai drivers 😀). In the neighbourhood we found a coffee bar with a very friendly lady and a local restaurant with great food! We’ve had to change our travel plans, and Phimphaka was so friendly to understand, and to provide a solution. Only warm words to her, and I wish her all the best!

I had a lovely stay at the garden hut. The setting was serene , providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hut itself was well-maintained and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing getaway. I particularly enjoyed the garden surroundings, It was a great spot for unwinding with a book or enjoying a cup of coffee in the mornings. The host was welcoming and responsive, ensuring that my stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hidden gem to those looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

Great place, really cool spot right on the edge of a creek. Very unique little house, feels like you're tucked away in your own little paradise. Very easy to get to central Chiang Mai. Bob has built something really special here. Super helpful guy and really friendly, I will definitely stay here again.

I had an incredible stay, leading me to extend my visit. Darin was the most exceptional host I've encountered. She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. My family is so fond of this forest cottage, especially the kids, love the pool, plants and all kinds of animal crawling at night (the host reminded that the tiger can be heard) Kids walking barefoot in the room and yard, this is what it feels like to live in nature.The yard is too big and happy to watch. We drove by ourselves, the location provided by the host was very accurate, found it right away, and also warmly ordered a bonfire for us because it was already dark when we arrived.A lot of fruits and bread were well prepared and we didn't finish eating it for a week. In addition, I clean the house every other day, change the sheets and pillowcases, but also to help wash the laundry, which is really convenient and comfortable during the trip. We stayed for a week before we fell in love with it.

The place is very beautiful and surrounded by nature. The host was so friendly. She provided very good meals including wine. Highly recommended.
