The apartment is very very well furnished, despitethe size we didn't feel like we were stepping on it! I've rarely seen homes with so many kitchen amenities! The location was perfect and the view was very nice! Thank you for this trip

We spent 1 night at 4, 3 adults and 1 teenager. We were received very well and I thank Thierry for letting us take possession of the premises 2 hours before the scheduled time. Listing as described. A few minutes from the center of Montpellier and a 5-minute walk from the tram, Catherine and Clara's house is a haven of peace. You feel at home there and everything is done for a very pleasant stay while also enjoying the garden. We would love to come back and highly recommend it!

Superb rental ,everything was perfect ,both the accommodation and Didier's welcome. Impeccable cleanliness, top amenities, bedding as well. We even had Christmas decorations when we arrived.Didier does everything to make your stay at the top. I recommend this rental which is perfect.

I knew the Tennis Village well to go there often as a child. The development is still as good! The apartment is one of the best oriented and placed in the subdivision. It is perfectly equipped and clean. A flawless person! We'll be back with pleasure.

Having rented Martine's apartment for a month and a half, I had a very pleasant stay. It is very easy to attach to the apartment. Several parking spaces available in front of the building and visible from the apartment, quiet and peaceful, clean and functional, everything is there for a pleasant stay. In addition, Martine is a great host, available and reachable throughout the stay to check in and make sure nothing is missing. I was able to have clean bed linens in the middle of the stay when needed. I also had 2 bottles of cool water as soon as I arrived, which is always nice. I highly recommend Martine's apartment for a pleasant stay. Thank you again Martine for your kindness, availability and kindness during my stay. Have a great holiday season. Alexandre

Very nice Marina with a lovely terrace, perfect for summer evenings. Very modern and refurbished accommodation with all the necessary equipment. Convenience store, bakery, tobacco, restaurant... 5 min walk. We had a pleasant stay and would recommend this listing. If improvements can be made, it would be clean but it was completely acceptable.

Very good stay in Georges' family home. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. We lacked nothing and the air conditioning throughout the house was very nice during this period of high heat. I would highly recommend it.

L,apartment is not lacking in charm ( house: ground floor and 1 bedroom on the floor ) very well located,given the traffic conditions in this city. City by tram or main roads 5 min away. It's easy to get there, you park in front of the front door. Quiet during the day and at night. Not to mention the terrace out of sight and the hot tub when the weather permits. What more could you ask for.
