The stay at the Capocontro estate was very satisfying. The entire ancient hamlet is a jewel set in the countryside, with spectacular views of the woods of Val di Chiana. The accommodation is tidy and clean, picturesque and elegantly retro. Piero and Lella were very helpful in communications and suggestions for places to visit and where to eat. We loved the peace and quiet of the place, as well as the pool with a view. We stopped for a short time and the weather was a bit capricious, otherwise we would have enjoyed the farm's outdoors more. The only small flaw: the dishes and the fridge were not exactly immaculate, but nothing that can't be solved with a sponge. Super recommended for both a short and a long stay, so you can enjoy the quiet of the place and visit the surrounding area.

We spent two days at the property. The house is equipped with everything, the host was very kind. Recommended experience In summer it would be perfect as it is equipped with a swimming pool

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful large house with great views and an amazing pool area. A little remote, at the end of a long and steep gravel road, but completely worthwhile. Great hosts, very attentive to their guests' every need.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The garden with swimming pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a sunset aperitif. But it is the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information on places to visit and recommended restaurants makes a difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

we had a very nice stay. The entire accommodation was very clean. Highly recommend taking something against the mosquitoes. the only criticism was the chairs on the terrace, as 2 have shackled heavily, there should be a replacement here.

Villa Eden is absolutely recommended! The house looks tidy, clean, with attention to detail. Tiziana is a very specific host and made us feel at ease right away. We'll definitely be back!

We absolutely loved the home and location! There were nine of us and everyone had their own space and bathroom. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. Amanda was a fabulous host. She was very responsive with all communication and helpful with places to see in the region. The location was excellent for traveling all around Tuscany and it was very peaceful. We can't wait to go back!

All I can say is wow. This house was amazing it had everything that you needed. It was spotless and had extra blankets and towels. It had loads of household supplies and I really felt like it was a home away from home. The views are spectacular….. like something out of a movie, they really take your breath away. Sharyn was so helpful and gave me great instructions on how to get there and the amenities around the area. Cristina and her son were there to welcome us and were amazing. I can’t thank you enough. We are already planning our next stay for longer.

I've booked houses many times, I've never had hosts like this before. Upon our arrival, we found not only cheese and sausage, but also homemade bread and pastries. On the third day we were surprised with a cake and the day after they made lasagne and dessert for us. Samuele was by far the friendliest and most attentive host we have ever experienced. Its warm nature made the stunning house perfect. We were three families with children, each had their retreat. The kitchen was great for cooking together. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful, the view a dream. The pool and playground for the kids were perfect. We had a wonderful week and would come back anytime. Communication with Saskia in advance and with Samuele on site was excellent. I could rave for a long time, unfortunately the characters are not enough. 1000 thanks to Samuele for the great house and his hospitality. See you next time

Lorenza and Nelly are wonderful hosts. They were waiting for my arrival at 9pm which was extremely generous. Their welcome and helpful tour of the property after a long day of travel was warm and inviting. The house itself is peaceful, private and extremely comfortable. I was visiting to enjoy the Strade Bianche bicycle race around siena and the location was perfect. I had some problems with the stove at one point, however Lorenza was communicative and very helpful. Overall staying at the property was lovely. A Beautiful wood fire every evening surrounded by peaceful nature really helped to make my stay relaxing. And the welcome gift of cake didn’t survive long either. Gratzie Mille Lorenza and Nello.

It was an absolute delight to stay at this gem of a property. We booked for 10 days and had a chance to enjoy and explore the surrounding areas. The house is spotless, comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped with modern appliances. So it has exceeded our expectations and would love to book it again in the future. Our host Alberto, is welcoming and very friendly, making the process of checking in and out quite seamless. My overall impression is 10/10.

Very private and lovely little house located in an olive grove.

The tiny ancient town of Seggiano has little to no tourists, it's well positioned in the Tuscany region for incredible back road touring of the great historic towns and breathtaking scenery in the region. The bnb is at a dead end, no traffic, a small restaurant with a few tables and is right outside your door. Machella, his wife and two young boys were very helpful and friendly with tips. We were touring late March/early April. Little to no traffic on the back country roads between towns so you could enjoy the scenery. I hear it is busier later in April and onward. The indoor hot tub in the stone cellar off the deck was amazing after a full day of walking and touring. Very private location, great view from the unit and the town is very safe and quiet. There is also a pizzeria with amazing classic Italian pizza and other homemade dishes. If you have a car and plan on touring the Tuscany region for day trips, and want Privacy, this is it!

It’s hard to describe the beauty and quiet that comes with Fabs’ place in the hills above Todi. Total peace and quiet, stunning views, and unlimited things to do for our family - fires for cooking, swimming, a playground, bush walks! The old house is very cool to stay in, with plenty of space and great amenities. The location of the house is perfect - out of town and totally private, but a quick drive in to Todi and surrounding old towns. We pick this place with Fabs as a last minute change of plans and are so lucky we did! It made our visit to Umbria absolutely perfect! Cheers!

A fabulous place to relax surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The location and interior of the place was just fantastic. Enjoying the coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sea or setting the sun on the horizon in the distance was always breathtaking. The kitchen was extremely richly equipped and the space very generous. We even had a few friends who were passing through to their holiday home at times and everyone had enough space not to feel disturbed in their own privacy. As a result, it is also recommended for a stay with two couples or for a family with older children. The host inhabited the second part of the house on the opposite side and was responsive at all times without the feeling of influencing each other. She was also extremely friendly and helpful. If we move back to this area in the next few years, the place would definitely be our first choice
